Edit: since some people have asked I haven’t contacted the user personally but many people on deviantart have made PSAs about them and tried to comment telling them that tracing is wrong, the user does nothing but hides the comments and continues to trace.

In terms of DID; Alters can have different ages, different genders, they're different people.
But regardless, that does not change the LEGAL age of the person. Yes, a system can have an alter that is of age, but legally they still cannot. However, I do not see any proof that they have DID? Or mention for that example? I am unsure why DID was brought up in the first place as I cannot find them stating it.
EDIT: Nevermind, I did see a mention of 'System' on their Deviantart. However, my point still stands that they are legally a minor. Also it does not excuse tracing.

The blatant misgendering is really upsetting. Please be more careful.
Second, they are essentially a child. While that still doesn't excuse the actions, maybe you should speak to them before posting this. If you did and they didn't respond well, that's fine and dandy, but I feel like this thread is very unorganized and kind of upsetting to see. Mainly because the misgendering and individuals claiming that this person doesn't have DID when they are not his doctor or psychologist.
From what i've seen most people have been pretty careful here using general them/they pronouns. The one person I have seen refer to them as something different was confused from what I could tell. While not an excuse I don't think anyone has maliciously been misgendering.
I think it's a fairly valid warning as they are selling commissions and people should be warned that they could potentially receive traced artwork. I understand that it is a child but I don't really see op's post as anything but informative to others. Op cannot control the comments.
The user has appeared to been told a few times in the past (with previous psa's) that tracing isn't right but the user hasn't made a statement one way or the other on this.
I believe it is important that we set some things out as this thread has clearly gotten quite unorganized.

Tracing
This is a proven tracer we are regarding. @nhotinh linked the examples they could find for the original pieces and the traced ones. They are clearly tracing and it appears they have been mentioned before. But again, it is important not to be extremely harsh. We don't know the circumstance. Sometimes people truly don't realize the gravity of their actions. Remember, they are a stated minor, but even if they weren't, we must remember to be respectful.
NSFW Art
They are a minor, drawing NSFW images. This is illegal. There is not much else to say here. They openly admit to drawing NSFW art, as well as openly admitting they are a minor. I believe this should also be brought up in a personal matter. Perhaps they don't know. Again, although they are doing something illegal, please remember to be kind and respectful. We never know the circumstance, and it could be simply unawareness.
ISSUES
DID
Dissociative Identity Disorder. This has been mentioned many times by many people in this thread (myself included) HOWEVER this has NO basis being here. That is personal and unrelated. The only thing which could be related is their age; they are still legally a minor regardless. They also still need to be held accountable. I don't believe it's fair to them. It is unrelated. I suggest we leave it out of this conversation as it has been proven unrelated. Please be respectful of this topic.
Misgendering
Misgendering has been mentioned. I have seen everyone be relatively respectful, using 'they/them' - but even if we were all referring to them as one gender or another, we must remember that often people do not maliciously misgender. It's a simple mistake, and it's important to remember that it's extremely easy to misuse pronouns. I don't believe there was any reason to bring it up.
Personal
We need to keep personal matters from this. This forum and threads are for service reviews, and in this circumstance, an 'artists beware' (side note, I would suggest putting their name in the title as most others have formatted, as well as further evidence in the main body text). This is a question for op; have you contacted them before posting this? If not, you should immediately. It's frankly not fair towards them as it could simply be unawareness. Otherwise, this definitely calls for a PSA.
