It was suggested that there should perhaps be a general thread for PSAs which is a fine idea. A place that links to other PSAs and keep things organized.
You can link your threads/PSAs/etc, and I'll add them to the posts. :D
Please Note: I can only accept public PSAs. Anon PSAs are too much of a risk to accept, as they can be open to slander.

-Scams
-Illegally chargebacked (you did a commission, but person claims you never did, for instance)
-Being shifty on doing owed things (taking months on an icon for example, lack of contact or updates, etc)
-Tracing and profiting off of it...
-Etc...
Things That Don't Count!
-Someone has better art than you
-Rude behavior
-Subjective issues
-Dog ate your homework
Obviously, this is just the basic frame work. Each case is different. For instance, someone could go around harassing artists for art and customs, or for people to give up their adopts and whatnot, and that could almost certainly be considered for a PSA...
Of course, it would be great if no more PSAs occur, but in the case they do, I support people posting them because they keep the community safe and will link to them in this general thread. owo/

Hi all!! Just wanted some advice on this situation:
- Been waiting on a $200 commission for 5 (almost 6) months. They gave me a sketch 4 months ago and didn't contact me again.
- I asked for an update, they said they would provide one the next day. This was 15 days ago, and they didn't reach out at all.
- Today I asked for a refund and they asked for 1 more week to work on it or they'll give me a full refund.
- I don't mind if it's a partial refund due to the sketch. But I don't think I'd enjoy the end result no matter what due to the experience, and also what if they rush it?
- But they're in a really tough spot and the original commissions were labelled "emergency". But $200 with little to no communication makes me feel :/
- I don't really know how to respond though??? I've been a baby about it and now im just bleh
hello! unfortunately I received a chargeback case from a resale transaction earlier this February from https://toyhou.se/Sheller/stats/usernames (Sheller, previous username at the time of the transaction was Jodora). I messaged the user immediately and received a response from someone claiming to be their family who stated they are intentionally opening chargeback cases for all recent purchases. I will be disputing the chargeback since the digital goods have already been delivered, but as this is a first time for me + may be happening to others I wanted to reach out here first o/
aux same here my friend. this isnt the first time this happened to me either. the last time the person had gotten away with it and they had transferred the character to another person, thus i couldnt do ANYTHING about it. heres to another $300 taken from me without even getting what i sold back.
