Before all else, I would like to stress the fact that this person is very young, so PLEASE DO NOT harass or send them hate. This is meant to be a warning for others to avoid working with this artist.

TL;DR- Please be cautious of working with this artist. They are still young, so there is still time for growth and learning, but until they improve their habits and deliver on owed art, I would avoid accepting art trades, commissioning, or accepting art offers from them. I was also told they are active on a CS server on discord, so please be wary of them there as well.
I'm not in the position to provide the actual messages or specifics as they've asked to omit it, but someone who's known this artist personally has told me that this is a repeat behavior. Tsuki does intend to complete everything they say they will, but it's already happened in the past where others cancelled on them.
I've read the journal you linked and I don't know how to feel about it honestly. At this point in time, I can only hope they see the PSA even if they don't want to reply to me directly. They should start by focusing on owed art and cancelling what they can to make their workload lighter and more manageable. I'm thinking of reaching out to them again with the PSA and advice, even though they may choose to ignore it.
alcor That was exactly my experience as well. The first time they deactivated, they did notify me and told me I could reach them on TH, where I got a reply once and never again. I had to dig around to find their discord to get a reply. The second time they deactivated and I wasn't told anything. I found out by chance while scrolling through twitter.
Cottean I'm really sorry to hear that. If it's not a commission, maybe you could cancel for the sake of cutting down their TDL? If it is, then it'd really depend on if they're in the position to be able to issue refunds. From the journal someone posted earlier, it sounds like they're going to focus on owed work, so if you don't mind waiting, they might finish it.

I actually got a notification the other day that they retweeted something I retweeted haha;; From their journal it sounds like they're only replying to people they feel like replying to at the moment, so I don't think I'll get a reply anytime soon.
Cottean Ahh that really sucks. You don't sound harsh at all, no worries! In the end, it's your decision to make. I hope they do finish it soon so you don't have to take the loss. I would suggest trying to contact them again and let them know they have a month hard deadline. They seem to be focusing more on owed work now, so they might be able to prioritize yours.
60 owed commissions I was supposed to be doing a design trade with them in a species. Very glad I didn't start on my part yet!
I've read their journal but from talking to them I think it's just more the case of them being a teenager with no work ethic but the desire for money so they can buy species stuff. I don't think I'd personally trust their claim of memory loss since it doesn't add up with the giant queue they have on hand that they were updating as early as Febuary. How do you forget commissions when you have a giant list of them that you're still actively updating? (and now refusing to apparently??) -- Edit: looking back I believe I've misunderstood part of their journal but.... not updating your queue is still really bad when you claim to have terrible memory... ; ;
