UPDATE 8/10/2020: Have recieved a full refund from Gogijynx. Happy with the resolution!
Before starting, I would like to say that within all my communications with the user in question, they have been very pleasant and polite. This is in no way an attack against them, but a way to warn other users to be cautious before engaging with them. Thank-you!

Issue: No Response/Commission not Recieved
Details: On September 29th, I commissioned gogijynx for a full-body commission of a character; the commission was initially advertised and discussed through discord. I sent the payment on the same day that I ordered the piece.

In an attempt to get updates on how the commission is going along, I attempted contact through discord a few times- at first, this was successful, but soon I got no response. In one message I mention reaching out on multiple platforms- this included email and toyhouse. The toyhouse message sent on the 12th of December was read, but left unreplied.

After it was clear both Toyhouse and Discord were not working, I moved to twitter. The reason why I waited until April to do so was this was when the account started posting, so I assumed they would be active on it- and I was right! I got a response back with a sketch! The account continued to be active creating art, so I assumed my commission was on the way. This was not the case; on July 7th, 2020, I sent a DM asking for an update. The message was seen/read (That's what the blue check marks mean!), but I received no response.

After nearly a year with no completed artwork, I finally reached out one last time to attempt to receive a partial refund, taking account the work I had received. At this point, a sketch was better than nothing, and I was happy to only get not all of the original cost back. I sent a toyhouse message on the 7th of August 2020: and again, this message has been read but left unresponded to.
2nd TH Message
If not for the fact that these two last efforts were not read/seen, I would send more messages. However, seeing as both have been viewed, I have to assume that I am being ghosted in some way. During this time, Gogijynx has been online and creating art (Edit: At this time, Gogijynx was not making any new art that was not school-related); this is not an issue of a user disappearing, it is an issue of a user ignoring. In my original General PSA thread, I said that I wanted $40 back, not the $60 I asked. This was a lapse in memory, and I made sure to get all my facts right before 'outting' the user in question.
I hope this all turns out to be a big misunderstanding, as I stated earlier and you can see in the screenshots, Gogijynx has been quite friendly, and I do still wish that this could have a good resolution! If they are reading this; I am not mad, but I do not want a finished piece at this point in time. I want a partial or full refund.
