PSA: Channie/Yeollie [tos breaking/stalking]

I'm hosting this PSA on behalf of my friend MARIKISHI. The writing below and accounts are hers. Please do not contact her about things in this thread as she wants to have as little involvement as possible.

I'm very out of practice with writing psa's so please forgive any messiness. When this situation started it was very small and I didn't think to track all of the evidence until it got worse.
TLDR: Channie/Yeollie has been breaking my TOS, block evading and stalking me since I was 15 or 16.

The long rundown of the situation is that, on my first toyhouse when I was 15/16 or so, I met Channie when they sent an offer on one of my main OCs and I turned them down. They seemed new to the community and I didn't want to shoo off a beginner, so I tried to be nice to them; I would sell them adopts and me and my friends even gifted them some of their dream designs with the agreement that they wouldn't rehome them until they'd spent money on the designs.

They didn't honor this agreement so we cut ties. After this, they began reselling and inflating the prices of adopts they'd bought and traded from me [which I no longer have proof of, so you're free to take this with a grain of salt; I didn't think to save screenshots of the price inflation because I assumed it'd be a one off thing. Many of their trade logs are just left blank to probably avoid leaving proof behind.], and I blacklisted them.

I was given these screenshots as possible proof of price inflation [as far as I've seen, they've purchased no new art of her, everything is from previous owners]:

However, they've gone out of their way to continue trying to obtain my designs and art, even acknowledging the blacklist when called out.

I intended to confront them at this point, but they had already blocked me.

So I blocked them back and moved on. However, they continued trying to get my designs through trade, and also began purchasing designs with art by me / art featuring my characters. Most notably characters that included art of the character they'd originally offered on and been rejected for [shown below]

Again, they have me blocked, so I couldn't confront them about this and merely untagged their character from all of the shared images I had.
They chose to reupload several images I had removed them from, and intentionally miscredit them to my deleted, old account; several of the pieces I removed them from were personal to me and not pieces I wanted anyone having, but I have no control over channie's usage of them.

The mods have also been made aware of the issue with the art they aren't supposed to have; this is a screenshot from my current helpdesk / ticket thread. These are only some of the artworks.

Also despite my blacklisting, they continue to use my artwork on the front page of one of their worlds [the blue haired girl is my art]

So moving on to the block evading/stalking. As I said, Yeollie/Channie has been stalking me for a long time; we have each other mutually blocked, but I keep her IP blocked for good measure -- she constantly gets around it and seems to use my deviantart to keep tabs on me.

I have multiple accounts of hers blocked and regularly have to block new ones that pop up; which is reflected in my blacklist

 I currently have two deviantart accounts and four toyhouses owned by them blocked that are confirmed to be owned by them, as well as a bunch of others that are suspicious; they frequently change alias. It's important to note that while they block me, they only ever IP block me if I speak out about them [like I'm doing now], which I suspect is some kind of tactic to make it easier to see my stuff without me being able to interact with them.

In regards to their watching me and getting around the block [aside from the constant alts I have to block that they use to block evade], I posted this seeking advice about this situation.Before posting it, one of the most recent alt's I'd found and blocked looked like this, and hadn't seemingly been touched in months:

Also shortly after me adding their new aliases to my blacklist and posting in the general psa thread, the views on my blacklist increased [it could be argued that this was people curious who I was talking about, but seeing as an incognito tab alone would get them around my block and they've been given the link before, I'm willing to count this as possible proof. This has happened before but again I'm lacking the screenshots of previous interactions as this has been going on for over a year.]

I wish I had the message logs between us and the proof of other characters they've owned and offered on; they keep me and my friends blocked, and often hide everything they own to avoid consequences, so it's difficult to compile proof. The only other proof I can think of is the screenshots I have of my discord chats in which I would have breakdowns from the stress channie's caused me, but those reveal a lot of other personal info/I'm not sure how helpful they'd be.
I've been waiting for mod input for 3 months and this situation is exhausting for me. I genuinely just want them to leave me and my work alone. I miss being involved with toyhouse and having fun making adoptables. I really don't understand what I did to deserve months of stalking and block evading, or even the rule breaking on my art and designs. I'm sad and tired.

I understand if not everyone believes me from the proof I've compiled. This started while I was still on another account that's since been deleted and I really didn't think it'd go on for this long or escalate, so I didn't have the foresight to save everything from the start. But I'm hoping this will at least be better than more outright silence.
