I previously thought Cola was an artist Harley had abused. As of the week of 07/08/23 Cola has made questionable statements towards Harley’s age and I was approached with second-hand evidence of Cola actively engaging in NSFW Roleplay with Harley. Cola additionally appears to be enabling Harley’s scamming.

* According to my source, the following are ALL servers dedicated to exclusively NSFW on the Discord ran by Cola where Harley is also a Mod:

* Harley mentions this server in the “conversation” they fake between themselves on separate devices (some screenshot as the death-threat made towards me):

* Cola’s Discord bio states that they will be 22 in 1 year; making Cola currently aged 21:

* When confronted with proof that Harley is a minor, Cola defended with “Age of consent is different in other countries”. This is a huge red flag.

* Another red flag is that Cola’s Amino exclusively states they will not roleplay with minors, yet they continue to interact with and roleplay with Harley:

* Cola is conveniently “unable” to access the public proof; nobody else has had this problem, and Harley has posted portions of my PSA to the server before/ is actively monitoring my PSA.

* Harley is partially financially dependent on Cola it appears. Cola is purchasing an art tablet for them; likely other “gifts” as well. (This is another red flag of manipulators/ groomers, the “gifting” of things which are later used as leverage).

Cola asking Luci to leave the chat, stating that they will “Kick Orion [Harley] out of the server”, or they will kick Luci out themselves.

Devon is the one who helped Harley to harness Mango. In DM over Discord, Devon even admits to going along with harassing Mango just because Harley told them to. Devon then told Mango they were “sorry” and would consider dropping Harley from their inner-circle and friend group.

Since then, like Cola, Devon lied to Mango and has continued supporting Harley, acting as an accomplice in Harley’s harassment and egging both Harley and Cola on.

*Harley makes an unnecessary post on Amino regarding my PSA. This post does NOT address the PSA itself but rather a doctored conversation between themselves meant to spur drama. (Of course without linking back to my PSA.)

* Harley then threatens me personally, “i fucking want to kill her someday” + other insults.

* Also attempts to personally gaslight me.

* To which their alt “Sitri” replies with “she will get hers”. If trying to prove innocence there is no reason “Sitri“ should agree to a death threat against the one posting the PSA; I have also posted Sitri/ Harley share the same email.

* Harley engineers an entire conversation between themselves and posts it for public viewing. There is no reason to post this conversation at all if it were truly between two people. Harley is trying to make it look as if I am attacking “Sitri”without proof when I have all the evidence against them and then being one and the same. Also, if Sitri were being abused by Harley, they’d have cut ties by now. Instead they agree with them that the PSA is ”a lie”, and continue being friends.

* Harley admits to “Taking back OCS from toxic users” essentially stealing back OCs they sold/ trades to other people.

* Red cardinal OC is on Harley’s Refsheet profile; further linking Sitri and Harley as one and the same.

* Harley claims to “hate Owlenne” since Owlenne was exposed to their scamming, has blocked them, and cut ties. Harley still follows Owlenne on multiple accounts.

06/16/23 Scammer Harley suddenly harasses and gaslights MightyMango (MangoManiac) + New Discord (+ Devon egging Harley on)

* Mango has helped to ban Harley's scammer accounts before back in 2021/ 2022 but has remained out of the situation since. Mango caught Harley selling a stolen OC on Furry Amino, then later encountered Harley again in a Discord Server. Harley picked back up a fight with this user who hasn't even interacted with them for over a year for literally no reason other than to start drama.

1) New Discords: Fodya (Doritos Cubun#0854) and devonthenoob.

2) Mango was approached by Discord user Devon The Noob. who first accused Mango of working with/ being the scammer Harley, and then invited Harley to the chat to harass Mango, siding with Harley and egging Harley on.

3) Harley begins to harass Mango, gaslighting them with "I sold ur ocs", "Heya bitch", "fuck iff", and "cry about it more".

4) Wherein a screenshot Mango sends from their first Discord encounter with Harley, this scammer ADMITS to stealing proof from other users' OCs and then using/ selling those OCs as their own.

Please note Harley does not provide ANY direct screenshot comparisons between Spitfire (Dolly’s OC) and Jay-jay (Viv’s OC; blue wolf.) Harley ONLY provides screenshots of Dolly’s Insta (showing that they are actively stalking the account + looking for any possible blackmailing material). No images of Jay-jay are provided.

To make matters worse Harley posts this evidence from Cola’s private server, which shows: 1) Cola still has not cut ties with Harley despite insisting they will kick Harley from the server (Cola also appears to have incited this personal attack as it was Cola who dug through Dolly’s Insta up to her oldest posts), 2) Devin and Cola are Harley’s friends who are agreeing that Dolly has “traced/ stolen” just to frame Dolly. Again, there is absolutely 0 concrete proof that Dolly has traced anything.

This is a personal attack/ spite towards Dolly. Harley has account stalked, ban evaded, gaslit, and lied to Dolly on multiple occasions. Dolly has had to block multiple accounts to avoid harassment, only for a new account of Harley’s under a new name to pop up.

* 07/08/23 Harley changes the status of their rip-off design to “for sale”:

Do NOT trade for/ purchase this OC if encountered. This OC is a STOLEN design, and this user has  repeatedly resold/ retraded to MULTIPLE users. (Sold at least once on TH already.)

WHAT IS COPIED EXACTLY FROM MONO’S/ DOLLY’S DESIGN: (copied & edited from Mono’s bulletin since she knows her OC the best.)

-The color palette down the the exact gradient color on the boots.

-The horn patterns and overall head-shape as well as the curled antennae.

-The neck fur and markings are identical on both designs.

-The abdomens stinger on both designs features a black streak that leads into a pointed black stinger; the floral inspired round patterns on the upper thighs and abdomen are also identical.

-Both have four sets of wings; same color.

-Both designs share the exact same color of eyeshadow/ eyes.

-Both designs feature the same exact color scheme and type of glove.

-The lower crotch area, despite them ‘changing’ the upper outifit, is the same as Mono’s design.

-Both designs have a honeycomb pattern on the upper boots cut off by two specific cyan markings.

-Both wear a crown.

-Both go by Beelzebub.

-The background and it’s colors are identical to the one Mono used for her reference sheet, although Harley’s looks sloppy in comparison.

WHAT HARLEY BARELY CHANGED:

-They for some reason removed the light cheek marks and added a second set of eyes (possibly due to using a Goetia base).

-They removed the wing ear piece.

-They removed any signs of cleavage.

-Fluff was added onto the gloves.

-They removed the extra stinger markings.

-Gems were added onto the crown.

-The leg shape was altered, to which Mono presumes is due to Harley not knowing how to copy her OC’s leg style, similar regarding the wings.

-The upper outfit has been changed from a swimsuit style to what Mono is calling a “futuristic design“.

HARLEY DRAMATICALLY LEAVES AMINO AFTER BEING EXPOSED BY DOLLY AND MYSELF FOR RIPPING-OFF HER DESIGN:

Instead of addressing the situation with respect, Harley chooses to comment on Dolly’s post with incredible aggression: 1) cussing out and insulting Dolly, 2( claiming that they “bought” the stolen design unknowingly (false), 3) telling Dolly that she ”must attack the artist“, 4) and creating their own dramatic post before allegedly ’leaving’ the Amino.

* You can see Harley’s Ren icon in the bottom as Amino catches up with the avatar change:

Harley fails to provide any evidence to their claim of having purchased the OC unknowingly. Harely is unable to/ does not provide any screenshots showing when the OC was purchased, from whom, or where. In fact, they still fail to provide a link to the artist. (If the OC is “bought”, I suspect that the OC was a  custom intended to rip off Dolly’s design; thus why Harley is beating around the bush when it comes to posting evidence.)

This situation could have been handled better on Harley’s end. If Harley were actually innocent, a polite response explaining the situation, showing screenshots of how they came to acquire the OC, linking to the artist, and working out a plan of action with Dolly, would have helped to prove their case.

Instead, Harely’s violent and dramatic actions only serve to incriminate them further, and showcase their narcissistic personality of: ‘Well it’s not my fault, it’s never my fault,’ and always blaming someone else for their own actions.

Here AzulaHawk/ Harley the “evidence” used to prove their “innocence” is just: 1) a WIP of a custom Owlenne made for them, 2) screenshots of them “helping” to find a scammer who stole OCs named “Xavier” who is an OC they actually stole themselves named “Starfire” (evidence in Doc). It’s very likely they actually orchestrated the banning of one of their own scam accounts just to get on Owlene’s good side.

* Regarding Japanese OCs: I just wanted to edit in a little note about Japanese OCs here. I personally am okay with people making Japanese OCs; so long as the OC does not appropriate Japanese culture and the designer does thorough research first. Here is an incomplete list of my opinion on Japanese Ocs:

* Any Hiragana/ Kanji should be well researched and not attempted to be hand written if you are unfamiliar with the proper way to draw the strokes.

* Using the Japanese flag as design inspiration is incredibly racist.

* Don’t draw/ write about things you don’t understand. Always fact check and never go based on social media/ mass media alone.

* Research the names and types of clothing traditionally worn by the OC. For example, there are actually several different types of “kimono”.

* Do you research first. (For example, one of the common misconceptions are Geishas being Japanese when in reality Geishas originate from *China*.

* Watching anime doesn’t mean you are well-versed in Japanese culture.

* Singular physical traits do NOT make any one OC any one race/ ethnicity.

* This goes for ANY race/ culture.

What makes a character racist/ appropriating culture is:

1) Not being respectful of that culture.

2) Not taking the time to do proper research on the culture.

3) Use of derogatory terms/ slang/ stereotypes.

4)Racist caricatures/ claiming a specific trait makes that character a certain race, and explicitly that singular trait with no other writings/ explanations/ character bios showing you’ve done your research. (Trying to deflect using, for example, “but Japanese people DO have slanted eyes”. <- RACIST.)

5) If the OC owner is intentionally being malicious OR has acted/ posted racist content prior to OC creation.

please remain vigilant as this scammer has been known to create new accounts almost immediately after being banned and actively asks for new TH codes over Discord. If you come across another account (Toyhouse, Amino, etc.) of the scammer please provide credible evidence to in the comments of this Forum Post which will remain OPEN due to Harley's frequent ban evasion.

Hello Toyhouse. I am writing this as new evidence has come to light of Crazy_candy666/ Harley (and as of May 31, confirmed account AzulaHawk) (Crazy_candy666 changed their name to Randidam_lobster 06/02/23) committing crimes that go beyond normal scamming. Crazy_candy666/ AzulaHawk (from now on who I will be referring to as Harley for simplicity's sake) is a threat to this community and its userbase, and ALL communities the frequent. They use multiple accounts, impersonate other more credible users, and have shown no remorse for their actions and do NOT care who gets hurt.

Encountered by me May 2023 first by an anonymous source presenting their new Discord username + # (Harley#5969)– lacked irrefutable evidence however—then encountered again on a new Toyhou.se account under the username “Crazy_candy666” when browsing Toyhou.se.

This account is when the worst aspects of this scammer came to light. I have hardcore evidence of the worst of the worst by this user ranging from the above pressing for personal bank account & credit/ debit card information and PayPal scamming for the Scene Dog, to repeatedly reselling the same OCs, to Harely’s sheer desperation to shed their newest identities and Fursonas associated with their April/ May 2023 accounts. 

It should also be known that Harley previously went by the username “Fluffy_prima” on their Crazy_candy666 account. At the time, Tokyo the unofficial/ illegal Primagen was their previous “Fursona” used in the icon before being sold off to Anonymous Dino (likely as the result of becoming recognized on an older Furry Amino account).  

(Crazy_candy666 changed their name to Randidam_lobster 06/02/23)

Changed name from Crazy_candy666 to Randidam-lobster to continue scamming now that their old username has been exposed. I’m also investigating the possible upselling of an OC valued $15 (which they received for free due to scamming someone into paying for the OC.) possibly being sold by the scammer to another user for $50+. * They are also actively looking for new Customs, so please be aware interacting with this user as they have abused artists and artist's TOS's for Customs before.

2) Miscrediting OCs to self when clear credits to another artist are provided: (BIG SECTION)

The first OC I’m going to talk about is this very illegal unofficial Primagen OC. (Primagens are a Closed-Species so making one without permission is already breaking a big rule; also there is a good chance they are marketing Protogens off as “Primagens” since there is evidence coming from their own words that OCs such as Crypta come from the official Protogen Discord Server and Aminos.) (Also selling illegal CS for $ is in general a taboo)— this is the very least of their misdeeds however so let’s move forward.

Recall that unofficial/ illegal Primagens Tokyo & Ripley were sold for a combined total of $80 to Anonymous Dino who was scammed and blocked by Harley.

The OC below is miscredited to Crazy_candy666 when an artist is clearly shown having drawn the WIP. This also follows the same format as previous accounts. I was able to confirm that Tokoyo was actually a paid custom by Crazy_candy666/ Harley#5996 but this still doesn’t excuse the purposeful miscrediting however; as the next OC had their credits purposefully removed by Harley.

Xantara is the Fursona of Harley as of May 2023. In chronological order:

On May 25th I reached out to the designer of Xantara, asking if they are aware that their art, the original reference sheet of Xantara has been miscredited. They were not, and furthermore stated that Xantara’s reference sheet with their properly attached credits had been deleted and reuploaded in lower quality miscredited to Harley. (Purposeful miscrediting) Please keep in mind that Xantara has no physical cash value, as they were a custom in trade for a character.

Screenshots later reveal that Xantara was listed for sale Furry Adopt Amino by Harley on a banned account, possibly sold on Furry Adopt Amino, as recognized by someone on Furry Amino, shortly or directly after Xantara comes into Harley’s possession. Enter May 28th.

On May 28th, Harley attempts to Fursona Dump Xantara on Furry Amino while purposely not listing Xantara as for offers on Toyhou.se due to my PSA alerting the community on them. Harley is specifically not selling/ listing Xantara for offers on Toyhou.se seemingly due to my PSA. Users on Furry Amino are nonethewiser however and do not have public access to my PSA. Harley (Candy_crazy666) is targeting users unaware of their misdoings.

Xantara, as of May 30th 2023, was deleted from Toyhou.se by Harley (alongside two other OCs) in an attempt to hide the evidence I had compiled in my PSA on their Crazy_candy666 account, after I called them out for Fursona dumping and was provided by an anonymous source with links to their Furry Amino under the OC’s name.

Also recall that Ripley was valued at $40-$60 but was “generously” sold to Anonymous Dino for $15 in a scam to pay Anonymous Moss for the Scene Dog OC.

The next OC we will talk about is Sushi the dragon who serves as proof that Harley has been falsifying proof of ownership.

Harley previously in the above statement claims that Sushi was designed by Zilow on Toyhouse, and even provided in the OC’s gallery a screenshot of what looks like Zilow’s original profile on Sushi. The profile of Sushi, as given as a freebie to Anonymous Dino received by Harley, is miscredited with mismatching dates to the original profile. OC’s original art was deleted and reuploaded to Toyhou.se miscredited (and missing Base credits now as well).

More condemning is that Harley provided “proof” of Sushi being “purchased” from an Amino adopt post where showcased in the background is both their “Harely#5969 Discord AND Dynamite the Red Panda who is an OC proven to be previously owned by Harley. An OC who was miscredited on multiple occasions and had their art WIP cropped by Harley on a previous account iteration to make it look as if they had drawn the WIP and designed the OC themselves (art/ design theft). With this in mind and past cases of transferring back and forth between their own accounts + “purchasing” the dragon OC from the Amino page showcasing their Discord tag in the background, evidence is alluding to Harley (Crazy_candy666) purchasing from themselves to make false proof of purchase/ ownership.

They were, and furthermore stated that: 1) Andare’s was originally uploaded miscredited as the reference sheet they had drawn was credited to Harley. 2) They had asked Harley to properly credit them, which Harley did, but did NOT delta their own credits from the designer’s art. (Purposeful miscrediting) Andares was a custom commissioned character by Harley, for $100.

* The designer of Andares (crxptydz) does state that Harley (Crazy_candy666) on their Discord account Harley#5996 did actually commission them for a custom, meaning Crazy_candy666/ Harley#5996 does legally own this Goetia. Regardless, this is still a case of purposeful art miscrediting as above and below evidence proves + the chance of having been sold on Furry Adopts Amino prior to being banned.

May 28th Update: Harley has become more desperate to sell and Fursona dump as they have created and have listed up two separate documented Furry Amino posts on Andares in the past 24 hrs to listing Andares for sale on Toyhou.se. * Andare’s Toyhou.se profile was deleted May 30th as shown with the above evidence on Xantara

Proof of repeated reselling of the same OCs across multiple platforms:

It has come to my attention that Harley/ Tokyo: Candy (by any name) has been confirmed as selling the same OCs multiple times across different platforms.

My first anonymous source (Anonymous Owl) provided the following through Anonymous Kitsune who then came to me in DM: Anonymous Kitsune was approached by Anonymous owl who is a frequent user of Furry Amino and Furry Adopts Amino.

Anonymous Owl explained that they have seen both the Goetia (Andares) and Primagen (Xantara) from above being sold by a now banned user on Furry Adopt Amino, sometime around early-mid May. Anonymous Owl then goes on to explain that Harley was desperate to sell off the OCs for physical cash payment via PayPal. They accepted a cash offer from another user and asked to continue in DMs. It is unknown what occurred after this, or if the OC was sold before/ after Harley was banned from Furry Adopts Amino.

This is also proof that Harley attempted to sell both Xantara and Andares shortly after receiving both customs all BEFORE having listed the OC for offers on Toyhou.se.

Black Mesa, as of May 30th 2023, was deleted from Toyhou.se by Harley (alongside two other OCs) in an attempt to hide the evidence I had compiled in my PSA on their Crazy_candy666 account, after I called them out for Fursona dumping.

On May 31, 2023, after this PSA has gained attention and the Doc has been posted and more people have been made aware/ begun sharing, Harley deletes their sales post of Xantara and Andares in an attempt to hide the allegations against them in the comments of the sales post and linking their profiles between, Furry Amino to their Helluva Boss Amino, to Toyhou.se. Guess they are no longer “leaving the fandom”

Anonymous Hare has informed me that Harley has hidden Pixie (Sabertooth) on their profile. * Evidence combined with Anonymous Tannuki’s & my own evidence.

Addressing: YES. The Scammer/ Harley DID trade for Pixie (OC below) and Solar ”legally”  for the Custom OC Andares (see above). As of May 21, 2023 I have CONFIRMED that Harley has a secondary live account on Toyhou.se that serves as their main account to the various shell accounts talked about in this Doc. 

I have irrefutable proof that AzulaHawk and the scammer are one in the same.

I gave AzulaHawk a 48 hour window to prove their innocence to me in DM, to which AzulaHawk did DM me (I will post my convo with AzulaHawk in a separate spoiler as it was a lot of refusing to give me any evidence/ trying to get my Email & Discord even though I said I was personally uncomfortable doing so).

During this DM AzulaHawk provided a Doc and screenshot with an email associated with the scammer; this is the scammer’s CONFIRMED EMAIL as it is the email given to the designer of Andares, a CUSTOM the scammer commissioned and had sent to them by user crxptydz (which also confirms the scammer does also indeed have a PayPal).

I reiterate:
The designer of the custom Andares owned by the scammer gave me the scammer’s email they sent the custom to and linked to their PayPal, and the doc AzulaHawk gave me provided the same email, credibly linking AzulaHawk as being another account of the scammer .

Here is my conversation with AzulaHawk and evidence of manipulation catching them red-handed as the scammer:

For reference:

1) Same email as the scammer (as provided by a designer of Andares whom the scammer provided their email to send the custom to.)
2) Refusing to give me any credible proof of ownership or transactions between them and the scammer.
3) Conveniently was repeatedly unable to provide direct screenshots to TH when I directly stated I needed screenshots. (Even when a direct means of doing so was provided.)
4) Attempted to force me to give out my email and/or Discord.

* Note: An anonymous 3rd-part (Anonymous Lion) agreed to view the document on a now deleted burner email account and sent me the screenshots AzulaHawk provided as “proof of evidence”.

AzulaHawk/ Harley provided the following above evidence of their “innocence”, none of which actually proves any form of proof of ownership, transactions between them and their banned accounts (for receiving the OCs), or any other credible forms of evidence whatsoever.

As you can see the above evidence in the Doc proves only two things:

• AzulaHawk has intentionally hidden the OCs they transferred to themselves using their shell scam accounts.
• Their email address, which is the same email they gave out to a designer they commissioned for a CUSTOM character to: A) send the custom to when finished. B) is linked to their PayPal Account.

They (AzulaHawk/ Harley) also submitted “evidence” that is nothing but screenshots between them and Pop. Designer for Helluva Boss/ Hazbin Hotel Fandom, Owlenne. (Updating to add clarification that Owlenne is also a victim of the scammer and NOT a seperate account. Convo with AzulaHawk:

In our convo AzulaHawk states with regards to OCs from the scammer, “Some were given back to the original owner while others had been truely sold”. AzulaHawk told the public that they have never sold any OCs, but then admitted to me in DM that they have sold OCs.

This account also owns multiple OCs previously owned by Harley of which were transferred without any offers ever having been made AND one such transfer coincides with the exact date of a PSA of mine on Harley’s previous account “DrPigeon666”.

It appears that the only reason Harley posted that false conversation between themselves (see death-threat section) (other than to gaslight me) is so that it appears as if “Sitri” (an alt accoun) is “giving” them the OCs. This is very intentional abuse of an artists’s designs and wishes.

Please keep in mind that this exactly what happened with the pink Goetia, Starfire, and the blue Hellhound, Eric, (see Doc). Harley stripped both artists of credit, who both then told Harley not to use the character. Harely refused. In the case of the designer of Starfire, the user refunded Harley in full USD and attempted to claim their design back. Harley then blocked the artist and continued to use it, claiming the designer of Starfire was a scammer. 

Harley then went to about 7-10 different communities trying to sell off both OCs, having 'stole‘ the OCs all over again and continued to sell them to multiple users.

2) Estoria has been confirmed as being one of their Amino accounts (Estoria is AzulaHawk’s account; AzulaHawk is Harley). So the scammer is now using “co-owned” as a reason their OCs aren’t stolen (”co-owning” with themselves).

3) They’re also trying to regain their Mod/ Admin (Leader/ Curator) status, which would make them immune to being banned or any form of punishment on the platform.

4) Orion and Astrophel were never “traded back”. They’ve been “trading” between accounts of theirs to falsify proof of ownership for at least 3+ years and have been scamming people, according to their DA and people I have talked to, for 8+.

5) The OC they’re using as their avatar is actually Lanson, who is linked back to a previous scam shell account and up on their refsheet. Could also be Ren or just Orion. (They have many similar looking OCS and at least over 100.)

I can't say for certain is this is or isn't their Amino, but I have linked previous characters belonging to Harley, found similar cases of refusing to credit, and attempting to apply for a Curator (Admin) position on their very first post. In one case they mention actually becoming Curator, as well as their "friend" Orion (known OC and Mod Account of the scammer Harley).

I have been informed that the scammer has opened a breeding chart grid on Amino: Hellava boss/hasbin Hotel breeding chart | Hazbin Hotel (official) Amino (aminoapps.com) *LIKELY CROSSPOSTED BETWEEN MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS.

12:05 Update: Grid has since been deleted (by Leader).

* Couldn’t get the full comments. Scammer was demanding payment up front and provided no links or examples of their artwork.

The grid used is by Pinkekii-Adopts (the scammer gives credit for the grid at the very least). I have notified Pink as I do not belive Pink has given the scammer explicit permision to use their grid; however, especially given that Pink was just informed of the scammer abusing their designs.

They’re also accepting customs in trade for adopts which is concerning in and of itself (they have abused designs and artists' TOS before), but my main concern is them trying to pass off stolen characters as potential results for the people adopting from the breeding chart. They've already recievd at least two known offers.

Regarding the Grid itself, to me this very much feels like character theft waiting to happen as Harley/ Destiny/ scammer is charging a large amount for their art style (1-3k coins). I am NOT one to judge how artists choose to price their artwork, but the amount of coins expected for their art style (see below spoiler) combined with the cases of past OC theft lead me to believe they may try to pawn off stolen OCs/ reselling or retrading from the literal hundreds of OCs they already own.

* Harley is actively looking for commissions and for points/ ac/ possible trades. Please be weary when doing art for this user as Harley has purposely removed artists’ credits on numerous occasions. I also want to point out that Harley’s DA dictates that they are from the USA (where PayPal is legal, explaining how they have access to PayPal), as opposed to Turkey where they have previously claimed they are from. (PayPal is banned in Turkey.)

This does not change the fact that Harley has claimed “USA” (and suspected “London”) as their places of origin before. Or the fact that Harely has access to a working PayPal account when PayPal is banned in Turkey. (I have since proven they do have a PayPal.) (Either using VPN or Harley is using the PayPal of someone else, possibly Cola.)

I'd like start by saying that: YES. Harley "legally" owns these OCs as they were purchased using PayPal/ Boosty. HOWEVER:

• Harely has charged back on OCs they have purchased before and KEPT the OCs & $ (scamming)
• Repeatedly resold those OCs to multiple users across various platforms and KEPT the OCs sold/ traded off.
• Broken artists' T.O.S. on not reselling/ retrading before.
• Upsold OCs
• Harley is also purchasing these OCs using illicit money gained from scamming others/ tricking others into paying for their OCs.
• Has purchased these OCs for an estimated total of $982 (not counting previously purchased OCs/ Customs in this PSA)

I reached out to the designers of the OCs Harley purchased as Arrow-Selene over DeviantArt, they synonymously reported the following:

1) No charge backs were received regarding the OCs the scammer purchased.

2) Nothing about their initial interaction with Harley was suspicious or out of the ordinary.

3) Harley provided them with 1-2 of their confirmed emails to send the unmarked adopts two.

Three of the designers did report the following however:

1) A confirmed 3rd email belonging to the scammer.

2) Harley sold one designer an adopt they did NOT have commercial rights to. Update: The OC Harley purchased from Perecvico is strictly for personal use only (no trading/ reselling. They did not sell a design to Perecvico.

3) Confirming Arrow-Selene has used the same PayPal email as previous PayPals linked to their scam accounts.
