PSA: Tomaise, Stolen designs + Art

I bought 3 designs total from them (now deleted)

i do know one i had was from this user (og post for the design i had got (blue haired guy)), the other 2 i am unsure T_T. 

I am currently in contact with paypal support on the matter (cause as far as im aware, that’s the only way tomaise received payments). i know tomaise often asked people to pay through f&f and paypal doesn’t offer protection with that option BUT it’s still possible to request a refund in this case if you’re able to contact your bank/card issuer!! just talk to a paypal agent first and they’ll ask you to contact your bank/card issuer about the matter aswell

god i've bought 6 designs total from them and i'm shocked that i didn't notice sooner. every post of there's was in a completely different art style which i thought smelled kind of fishy, but i just assumed they had an inconsistant art style. i'm currently redesigning all of them with permission, but until then i have them all privated so i can't share which designs i've bought.

I bought 2 designs from them and I even shared it to my brother and friend who ended up buying some too :// is there any way we can locate the original designer because they were all from a batch sale?

VRRK i completely understand, im used to seeing smaller accounts who are run by several people (and sometimes dont say it) sso i had assumed originally this was a joint run account.

seraphimz the owners and creators wish that people with the stolen characters take them down so yes, that is fine!

Neocities the only way to locate them is by going through the facebook group, where many of them are sifting through the site and tomaie's designs in order to find the ones that were stolen at the moment!

I have never bought anything from them because I don't have Facebook (Even if I did, I wouldn't be on there often because school servers block sites like this). I just hope he didn't go to here and steal my adopted ocs and adopts.

And if he did, I would ask them to take it down and of course, report them for copyright infringement/taking art or literature without credit.

life update just realized i've actually bought 9 total designs from them...if anyone knows who created these three characters then please tell me so i can give credit to the right owner ! i'm super attached to them and have been working on a little story for a while now :sob:

Thank you for informing, I deleted the character and apologize for any harm or damage I caused but thankfully awareness is being spread and I thank you and others so much for sharing this

also since most (or all of them😑) of Tomaise's created and sold designs are already have their own og owner, who purchased from the og artist, id recommend eveyone who purchased design from Tomaise to delete that character! you might keep them to provide the evidence to PayPal to get refund, but after all please consider delete them all! 🙏

amaame thank you! the person who owns the characters i have said i could keep them up for evidence for now, i will delete as soon as i get a refund for them <:]
