UPDATE : I'm trying my best to find the og credit for anyone who bought the character from Tomaise, please leave your link to the character if you have one, but I'll have to say that no matter if you can find the og credit or not, please consider DELETE ALL THE CHARACTERS YOU PURCHASED FROM TOMAISE, they're not being sold by the og artist, most of them have their own rightful owner, I'm sorry for what happened to all of you who got scammed but you really can't have them :( please understand this!!!

Hi! this is my first PSA and i legitly don't know where should i start, but I'll write as much as i know!
So basically, this user Tomaise/Link for ticket is a design thief who stole a lot of designs from fellow Thai artists, i believe their whole account and design being sold/traded are all stolen character
Their PayPal is Tommy Smith/Tomaise, and they seem to receiving payment via f&f and i don't think its possible to get a refund 😭
this person stole a ton of designs from Thai artists shown below and more that i still cant find the og artist but they're sure being stolen!!!!, you can browse their previous auction/selling posts linked in each artist name. also its pretty hard for me to include all of the original/real artist's auction/sale posts but i'll try to put in as much as i can
this person even has this character traded/gifted/resold away while their original profile and the current owner is still on toyhouse!

This user here is Russian and uses telegram to buy from Slavic Artists and then upsell it to English Speaking Countries! They may not be the same person but I figured I'd share just in case!

I was able to escalate my issue further to Paypal due to Tomaise refusing to respond to my reports! Will update if they do, but i’d still urge people to report and contact paypal, the flood of reports could show paypal they are wrong, if the information doesn’t already.
