TLDR
Strung customers along for months (sometimes years) with little to no communications
failed to provide proof of progress when asked
ignored customers
only responded when a refund chargeback via paypal was mentioned
became increasingly hostile when a chargeback was eventually pursued after 5+ months of waiting
DO NOT GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO CONTACT OR HARASS THIS USER!
This isn't a callout post, its a warning to buyers to be cautious as this user has displayed repeated inappropriate behavior when dealing with commissioners money.
I decided i'll post this here as well as I believe the majority of buyers of this artist are on here (as was I)

I purchased 2 ych slots back in november (the paypal specifically said november 27th). i was under the impression the pieces would be finished at least around christmas.

a few months after receiving no updates i commented, asking for one. i wasn't the only person to either. a few other commenters commented for updates. at least 2 people visibly/publicly asking for updates over a month after purchasing a slot or two
Sashaa pinged those who were still owed a slot and asked if people either wanted the ych still filled even though christmas passed OR if people wanted a new unique piece. I opted for the ych to still be filled since it wasn't too far past christmas and i assumed it would take less time to be filled and be less stress than an entirely new individual art piece of two different ocs. (i dont have a pic of me asking for just the ych to be filled unfortunately) after a few months of waiting again i inquired about any progress and that if none had been made if i could receive a refund since christmas had long since passed at this point and i didnt feel comfortable waiting any longer. said user said that i could have a partial refund since some progress had been made on one of the pieces. i asked if i could potentially have a full refund because i hadnt seen progress and it had been a while since christmas. it was brought up that i said i was fine with the christmas ych (i was under the impression it would take less time). i eventually asked if i could have any wips/ progress so i could see how far the piece had been finished. which i received no response or wips.
the day or day after i inquired about the ychs two peoples fully finished individual pieces were finished (two people who opted for full pieces rather than the ychs). i was under the impression that the piece of mine that had been started was started that same day which wasn't a fair assumption on my part. today (the date of the original twitter post) i inquired about pursuing a charge back of some form if the pieces werent finished by early may as thats when my paypal protection would run out and i wasnt comfortable waiting over half a year for these pieces
the response rubbed me the wrong way (which, granted, entirely could be just me not understanding) and i felt as though the artist wasnt taking this situation as seriously as i would have liked. this artist also made multiple bulletins about owing art and also made a status on it's page about people leaving it alone. again, my assumptions might be wrong and i understand that. the timing just felt off when dealing with these exact issues with people who fit the scenarios that are being described.
venting on ones page is valid as its your own space, but the strange wording about being "threatened" felt inappropriate and the guilt tripping language of "im not the best person or artist" also felt uncomfortable. after talking to some friends i was urged to simply pursue a chargeback as it was evident this situation would continue to be dragged on. i filed a chargeback as i wasnt comfortable continuing this situation or discussion.
i dont think paypal shows timestamps but heres me stating to my friends that i filed the chargeback at 10:11. only AFTER the chargeback went through did they respond threatening to approach paypal about this and FINALLY showed a wip claiming that it didnt want to lose money on art it spent time on. this was AFTER everything, the arguing for hours and the chargeback being both submitted and approved. this was months after the commissions and nearly a month after i asked for wips with 0 response.
i responded saying the process went through and that i would be writing a post about my experience and was blocked, and it changed its icon.
im not the only one was who dragged along for months and this is clearly an issue with this artist. these are different public instances of people bringing up that theyre owed work and havent received it while being strung along for months.
I was informed by a commenter that the user had made another post talking about the situation but excluding details and taking more commissions
I will also be adding (censored) accounts from commenters on twitter. while their comments are public, i will still be censoring their names on toyhouse to prevent any unnecessary backlash towards them. there isn't provided proof within these comments so they should be taken with a grain of salt however they fit the already public experiences with this artist.
