hello toyhouse forums, if you get any offers or messages from an account called savoryjump_, DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING
this account belonged to my friend HawtDawg [now residing at KewlKat] and got hacked today. Please note that the user savoryjump [without the underscore] is NOT part of this. the hacker changed the name of the account in an impersonation attempt. DO NOT HARASS savoryjump!
if you have any characters/art credited to HawtDawg/savoryjump_, MAKE SURE TO CHANGE IT TO KewlKat.
PLEASE make tickets to inform Toyhouse of the issue. my friend does NOT want to lose his ocs.
the savoryjump_ account has been closed but there's no telling if it will come back or not,
how do you avoid this happening to you? TURN ON 2-FACTOR-AUTHENTICATION and DO NOT SHARE YOUR EMAIL OR PASSWORD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
Probably best for your friend to wait to make a new account until the admin gets back to their ticket where they explained that their account was hacked and whatnot. Your friend could potentially get banned again for ban evasion since it was their account
If the account was closed by the admin then I'm pretty sure that most likely means it was banned but just tell them to be safe when making a new one
