Sluukii
" The Sluukii are a race of diverse aquatic creatures which can be found just around everywhere.
At a glance, they seem might seem to be related to some of the mollusks that currently reside on this planet, but that is not the case.
Sluukii are in no way, related to sea slugs or snails despite their far-and-few similarities. "
Sluukii will be a semi-open/closed species with some hints of ARPG in it,
Semi-Open species, as in anyone can make one (if they are a FTO), ARPG as having some activities to do in order to unlock lore/items, and Closed as in nobody else can make one without specified permission.
(However things are bound to change, so the final product might not be like the future envisioned.)Not really, since this is a work-in-progress, there is no way to obtain one until release. Unless you're part of the helpers, then you're out of luck.
However, we do plan on having a release week MYO event, and FTO events every two months with raffles/adopts inbetween, so keep a eye out for that!
Helpers
These creatures are mainly Aquatic, with only a small percentage of them having adapted to land living. Their size will vary, depending on where they live, but generally, they're just a bit bigger than a Blue Whale, however, they prefer to stay in a more manageable size. This is possible due to their cells being "smart" and being able to shrink and expand.
Sluukii, in general, are very flashy and colorful creatures, when young, their colors are a bit dull, but as they grow, the vibrancy of those colors will increase. There are no limits to the shades colors and patterns of Sluukii, though typically they only have a few main colors on their body. Sluukiis without much color or pattern are considered rare or uncommon.

Sluukii are able to gain traits through repeated consumption of items
Blood Vial: Give your Sluukii a new trait through ingestion of another Sluukii's cells
Broken Horn piece: Can be consumed to grow a pair of nubby ice-breakers
Jar of Antennae: Can be used to gain more antennae/upgrade antennae
Poisonous Slug: After consuming quite a lot of these, a Sluukii will gain the "toxic" trait (i.e dribbling venom things! cool poisons ahah)
Concentrated Ink: Special ink harvested from a giant squid, consuming this will allow your Sluukii to gain a dark color

A one-week MYO event for launch! And along with it, a Gacha/Raffle for some pre-designed Sluukii of high rarity!

NPC creation contest! We need a few different NPC sluukii for different things, and we want the community to create them!

Missions are weekly events that will allow your Sluukii to scavenge for scraps, the currency they use, and for special items they can trade for scraps via "Nessie." some of these missions will require the Sluukii to have specific traits, such as "toxic"

Slushee_Paws That'd be greatly appreciated! And yes you may get an invite to the world, though it's under heavy construction. The Sluukii are semi-open, at the current time, menaing that a approval form is needed for a design to get accepted. But since that has not been implemented yet, you may make one, just remember to ping me to get it approved! If you need any examples, feel free to look through my Sluukii to get some ideas. However, please only make ONE, I want to keep the amount of pre-release Sluukiis low
KrystalKat thanks for the idea! It would actually work quite well as a freshwater subtype! Sluukii have both gills and lungs, though they usually use the gills. These gills are located near the head or neck, usually hidden by the Sluukii's headfins. If not hidden, they'd still be quite hard to see.
Oakenpaws No problem! I have some sketch designs for some cave systems or cave entrances. I'm currently on mobile so I can't really do much but try and edit it later. Could I possibly get an invite to the world or a discord server :)
KrystalKat yes, you may! There should be a discord link button in the Toyhouse world, so just click on that, and it should send you to the sever. It's quite bare currently, but we're planning to add things.

Unfortunately I voted "no" at first because the species seemed a bit too complicated to draw at first -Â
But then my dumb butt realized that they have multiple forms and I love them to death 😔 😔 😔
Since lately I'm starting to get into the CS craze - I'd love to join/help out in any way! I pretty much only have artistic skills but I am a total character design nerd too, so perhaps that could be helpful??
