Mostly! people can make as many as they want, just not adopts for sale.
The listed-out traits are pretty much just an inspiration moodboard (not a rarity system). The only rule for traits is that a phytophantom has to have real-life species of living plant(s)--but as a mod/GA adopt or special event, other weird plant types are allowed too (e.g. a plant that grows gumballs, alien plant, dead plant, non-plant such as fungus, etc.)!
It seemed to me that would qualify as 'semi-open'? but if you think 'open' fits better that's a-ok ^^
silverheart-nine yeah! for at leas tth epurposes of this list, that qualifies as open. here's how i define it:
closed: you need an myo ticket
semiopen: you can make as many as you want, as long as theyre [common/other rarity]
open: you can make as many as you want
