- Be public and welcome to new members
- Have a completed world (front page filled out with avatar and no broken links/placeholder images. Should contain links to traits and ToS/rules, at minimum.)
- Have a completed visual trait sheet
- Have at least one character
If you fit the above conditions, then you may fill out this form:
