A pink beagle stares at you, smiling happily as her tail wags. A strange mist floats around the wagging limb and as you look closer, you notice a thorny vine wrapped around her right leg, attached to what seems to be a ball of iron with a face. She seems eager about something, but you're not sure what.
"Hello," Her melodic voice resonates through the valley of flowers you've found yourself in, "Welcome to our Flower Festival! We celebrate this every year to welcome new members into their new packs! Are you looking to welcome some new friends?"

Hello and welcome to the Anita Inu welcome event! We're a brand new semi-open species of canines with so much spirit it's literally leaking out of them!

These pups are a species that exists long after the fall of known civilization, taking over as the major populous of the planet. After an apocalyptic event, the planet's canine population gained seemingly supernatural abilities and a link with the lingering souls of the lost civilization. These lost souls haunt a ball and chain that forcefully attaches itself to their destined partner's leg(s) once the pups reach their teenage years! There's so much to uncover about these mysterious canines and their iron companions, so why not take a look around and find out all you can about them?
