âOh hello there, human!â
WHAT ARE THEY?
Seafools are a species of mutated creatures originating after âThe Dropâ, an accidental low-powered nuclear bombing event that flattened an entire seaside town. Building up a new town overtop of the still-tainted and flattened land, they now live and grow day by day!
Non-lore-wise, this is a casual closed speciesâthough itâs super easy to get a bunchâran by me, FrappeFox, and my friend, StrawberrySuds. Â Feel free to ask either of us for help with your MYOs and general questions!

TRAITS!
Although scary looking at first, Seafools are usually pretty silly and friendly, harboring no ill-will to humans or animals! The fish eggs come in three different subtypes; living, raw, or cooked. Afterwards, the Seafool eggs are consumedâwithout popping themâby any sort of aquatic animal/fish to finish the developing process. When grown, they typically take on traits of their host creatureâthough, other traits are free to your ideas!
The main fear factor comes from their blank and void-like faces, however, many Seafools have fun patterns that appear when a specific condition is met (ex: a time of day, emotion, etc.).

MEET THE MASCOTS!
Feesh - The Living
The oh-so serious but ultimately quite silly young butcher in the middle of this whole Seafool Opperation. He is known to take the Egg-Collecting quite delicately, treating each and every to-be Seafool with much love (even if he may look and pretend to be scary).
 Lobby - The Raw
The much-friendly and quite brotherly captain of the main Seafool egg collecting ship! He is responsible for fishing them out of the sea and gettinâ em to Feeshâs Butcher shop.
(Though he might just give you a spare Seafool Egg if youâre nice)
Garnish - The Cooked
Certainly not last is the resident artist and skilled chef, Garnish! She has been, by Feesh, assigned towards teaching those Seafools who hatch with their tails cooked up how to go about life! Sheâs incredibly sweet and patient, definitely the most laid back out of them all!Â
HOW TO GET ONE!
While not officially launched yet, there are actually ways to get one of your own!

- Buying with FF (FishFlakes) in the Discord server
- Participating in the Mini Events
- Ask nicely, or present FrappeFox with a doodle concept! (I love giving the slots out for free as long as I know someone will use them ^^

Thatâs understandable and Iâm super glad you like them! When the species world goes up, there will be ways to get and approve Seafools.

I would like to be informed of both please
While their main traits are the fish-aquatic animal tails/ears, subtypes, and dark void-like faces, Seafools are still in progressâhence the soft launchâand will gain more prominent traits. For now, anything that alters the main Seafoolâs body will be considered a rare trait (ex: wings, extra limbs, centaur-like bottom half, etc,.) Itâs more fun for people to make their Seafools super unique, so we donât plan on limiting traits very strictly.
So far, the required traits are:
- Void-Like Face
- A tail containing fish of any kind or any sort of aquatic animal (can be in a food form, raw form, or just the living creature attached to the body/the tail being âaliveâ).
- Tentaclesâusually dark in colorâthat can emerge from, most commonly, the tail. These are actually edible and can grow back if severed.
- Humanoid body (though we do plan on doing special traits that allow for anthro characters in the future) and humanoid (hooved, pawed, or footed are common).
And official optional traits are (common ones):
- Mammal ears/Fin ears/Human ears.
- A pattern or markings on the void-faceâwhich can be caused by different elements to make them appear or stay fixed to the face.
- Gills that do or donât work.
- A set of matching hair accessories (for lore reasons).
- Small body fins.
- Fish whiskers/Crustacean Antenne.
