*Though it's tough to really judge effort, a few things you can do to show that you did put in effort are: Draw more than just a head-shot. Color your artwork. If traditional, draw on unlined paper and take a clear, well-lit picture or scan the work. Pay attention to character descriptions. Don't be afraid to ask questions (via pm) about the character you want to draw!

Tom, Deltia, Sunburst(Ghost Form), and Matthew really need art so draw one of them, please! Feel free to draw either of Matthew's outfits or if doing Tom or Deltia, you can add in their respective Pokemon(Shiny Charmander for Tom, Purrloin for Deltia) Though please remember that Tom and Matthew are NOT white, so please give them a darker, more tan-ish skin color. Finally, please give them an expression that goes well with their personality.
As for Sunburst, the way people draw ghosts vary and that's okay! So go ahead and make him translucent or give him a glow if it suits your fancy. However, whatever the case, please do not give him pupils. A faint glow around his irises is also preferred but not required.
