Pokemon: I absolutely adore Mightyena (my favorite pokemon) and Mareep, but I also love, in no order:
Houndoom, Zigzagoon, Hisuian Typhlosion, Sawsbuck (Spring), Sharpedo, Skeledirge
Themes: Lost forest vibes (if that makes sense ;w;), cottage core and realistic/irl based colorations (this means that I prefer them to have like, patterns that would be seen in the wild, like camouflage and such, things that are believable, not just brown coloring ;w;) , pastels, Halloween (leaning on the ghost/ominous vibes), whatever "The Last Unicorn" movie has going on w/it's vibes
ALSO!! For the actual drawing/recolor, I prefer bases that look like the actual anime design/are traced from anime screenshots. Ones that are in original art styles (or more so, make the pokemon look more animal-like) just don't look appealing to me ;;;
I've been having a lot of fun making on-base designs, and figured I'd try to make an art game!

- Must be on a pokemon base, some free options I've gathered are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6
• If you have any suggestions of bases, feel free to DM me and I'll add them to my collection(s)!
• You do not have to use a FTU base, I just have them linked for convenience! If you'd like to use a PTU base that you own, go ahead!
• * Base lineart edits are allowed, but not required! - Credit for the base MUST be given, below are directions that detail how to do this.
• If you do not make the design into a character you must include a link to the base you used in your post.
• Also be sure to follow the rules that the base makers put! Some people want different accounts to be credited, so that your art doesn't get mixed with their own!
• If you made the base, please say so in the post. That way I won't end up giving you a warning for something you made. - No single-color base fills, If using a paint-bucket tool, at least make an effort that everything is colored in.
• Don't edit the base to look exactly like canon media, if you're using the canon colors at least add unique markings
• Don't edit the base to look exactly like anything from well known fanon games either, this includes Pokefarm Q and any other games that have alternate colors. Make an effort to make the design unique. No using AI.
No sprite edits.
- 14 days max deadline
- Edit your post with the character you made, that way we know for sure you completed your claim.
• *DO NOT POST IC, link the character itself in your post. - Put at least 3 desired Pokémon in your post, this lets people have a bit more of a choice in what they make you, and the thread is (hopefully) less likely to stall.
• If a specific forme (Alolan, Galar, Hisuian, etc) is not specified, do not send a design that is that forme. Instead send the default forme. - No requests from the newest game(s) until at least two months after it's release, it will not only be difficult to find bases for such things, but I'd like to keep this thread as spoiler free as possible.
- No posts that only include large, complex legendaries, so no posts that are "Palkia, Dialga, and Arceus"
- Do not claim another post if you have outstanding claims.
- Wait 3 posts before posting again, that way other people have a chance to fill claims, too!
• If no one has posted for 7 days, you may disregard this rule. - This is for Pokemon designs only
- Other basic common sense things, no being rude, no creating drama, etc.
- Ultimately, if you yourself wouldn't be happy receiving the design you're giving away, you might want to change it up some.
How To Credit The Base
- Locate "Artist Credits"
- Select "+ Add Another Artist"
- If the base is from someone on-site, select that option and fill out the credit info the way the base maker requested (Such as Aibou wanting you to credit their alt account, ShinyCelebi)
• If the base is from someone off-site, select "Off-Site Artist" and paste the base URL in the "Link to Artist" section.
You only get one warning before being blacklisted from this & all of my threads. Depending on what rule you broke you may be able to amend it, however I will not tolerate repeated instances of rule breaking. Being permanently Blacklisted will result in a hard block from me. (Making it so you cannot post in any of my threads.)
If you do not fill your claim, I will give you a day or so to fill it, if you still don't fill it, I will ban you from my threads. At least give me a PM or something saying you'll take a little longer.

Pokémon I would like: Rapidash, or any of these (note the specific forms as well as that the Lopunny is shiny!):
All of them except the Rapidash would be for this guy's Pokémon team! So I would love designs that seem like they could maybe fit into the canon PKMN world, but with fun details to make them unique. Having them be pink except the Tauros being black is a must, but feel free to get fun with their markings, accessories, secondary colors, etc!
