Fun fact: blue is the most popular color in the world! 35% of people say that their favorite color is blue :000

Anyways, the prompt is very easy; draw a character with the color blue as a main part in their pallet!

Here's the rules:

1. Any kind of character is good as long as it's pretty blue!
2. Blue must be a main color in their pallet. This character is acceptable, but this one is not.
3. (New Rule) Clothes do not count; if that character weren't wearing those clothes, they wouldn't be blue so I thought this was obvious lol
4. You can make another claim as soon as you finish your current one
5. You have two weeks to finish your claim, anything over and you will be banned
6. Requirement is at least a colored headshot
7. Have fun!
