"The Inter is a void between Universes that acts like cytoplasm. It takes the form of a grey expanse and is full of what is best described as liquid lighting, loose energy that absorbs the very essence of anything that happens to wind up there for too long. this substance can even eat away at the beings of a Universe, and even the Universe itself."
"Due to the connections between three universes an Isthmus through the Inter has opened up, formed out of the solidified cytoplasm. this hardened Inter plane is only accessible to the Universe entities that it connects, but even so it is no easy task getting in, and especially getting out. this realm is not kind to such beings, as traces of the liquid lightning energy still attempt to absorb such foreign entities. because of this the realm can deteriorate even Universes causing physical and mental strain or changes, either noticeable or subtle depending on sheer chance. A Universe entity can even be trapped within the isthmus.
This particular Isthmus is held together by Ythrill’s Universe, and links Kito and Arkin. Once Ythrill’s Universe fades, however, the Isthmus will crumble along with her, severing the link carved by the entities of the broken Universe."
