I think it'll be cost 70$ with normal shading with an emphasis on composition and background (like illustration) or 100$ for more detailed version with an emphasis on dogs (more like portrait - more details on the dogs and wool themselves, more space for them in the composition). If the description is not clear what I mean, I can make sketches of the composition for example :D
