As for comms, here's what I can offer! As an fyi, my turnaround is within 5 days of your order and a minimum of 2+ WIPs will be sent to you during the comm process! Also as an option, you may choose to pay everything after the comm rather than before too.
Price: $3+ for pixel or digital animations/GIFs (first link), $3-$20 for sketches and chibis (2nd link), $10 dessert YCH (link 3)
