☆LF designer/concept artist for male OC, $$

Hello there!

Sorry if this is not clear, this is my first time posting on TH ;w;
I am looking for a couple of concept artists or designers that can help bring my male OC to life.
If you are interested after reading everything below, just comment your commission/contact information! I will be picking multiple artists that I like~

Character details:
✧ theme - lovecraftian elder god but make it handsome ˖°☆
╰・kraken/octopus, dark aesthetic, space/celestial elements

✧ description - messy white hair, steely eyes, pale skin, tall/fit build.
╰・he has tattoos covering his entire left arm that starts pure black from his hands and fades out into black, inky roses.
╰・when he is angry or channeling more power, he has glowing red eyes with horns coming out from his head. tentacles appear from behind him/in the shadows.

・Flexible budget, more likely to commission if you are able to provide multiple designs (~3 concepts would be great), bonus points if you can draw an octopus!
・No deadline for this request as long as it is reasonable and there is clear communication
・I am not picky on art style, if you can only do sketches but can't line or color, shoot your shot! Chibis only? No problem!
