If I may clarify, by a "Honedge blade", do you mean like the actual Pokemon or a weapon that was created by you?Â
Either way, unfortunately yes it would indeed cost extra as it's a more complex "prop". It would be roughly $3-$5 depending on how complex it is so I'd love to see it if you've got reference images of it available! :3
Yes, the Honedge would work! I would assume the entire Honedge is what you're looking for correct (with the sheath it's holding and not just the "bare" Honedge)?
If so, since Honedge is alsmost like a new character in of itself, the extra cost will be $5. Please let me know if this would work and if so, I'll add it to Divalibur and have him holding it (unless you've got a separate request too, in which case that's totally ok!) :D
Oooh got it got it! So in essence, you're looking for a more divine sheathless Honedge that'll be wielded by Divalibur to match his theme, correct?

Since there will be some designing involved, adding the divine Honedge will be $6 ($5+ $1 designing fee) in total!

Ah yes, that's what I'd meant! So you know how Honedge holds the sheath when it's in battle mode? I was originally planning to have it ditch it and just be the sword and that would work correct?
Aaron has some really nice gloves and I can definitely make the Honedge blade part based off of that so it's not just a plain silver (colored blades are always cool like those red ones in Xenoblade etc.) :3)! Hopefully I understand correctly and please correct me if I'm mistaken!Â
