$15 USD for one, $10 for any after, in the same payment. (If you come back it's $15 for the first again).
All slots crossed out throughout the day are finished and will generally be sent out sometime between 9pm and 10pm EST the evening they're marked, or when they're all crossed, whichever is sooner. All orders are delivered within 6-30 hours of being ordered. Early slots are shorter, later slots have the longer wait. Last two *may* need to wait a third day, I will try my best not to have that happen.
