Turnaround time: 2 weeks maximum. Usually it's less than a week. It of course depends on complexity of the commission.

Hey! Quick question and I'm genuinely sorry if this is rude or inappropriate to ask - but if we order lineart are we allowed to add color ourselves? I totally understand if not! Just wanted to ask. I can just commission flats if needed.
Also, would you be able to work from references that are drawn on base or poorly drawn in general? I'm definitely a beginner lol

I can’t dictate what you decide to do with the finished artwork as you’re the one who bought it. Personally, I wouldn’t like my commission work altered as you get what you pay for. I feel like it’s a little bit rude to alter it since the price difference is only $5-$10 between lined and flats.
I can draw based on bad references but it might take some more back and forth.
