My Terms of Service
⇨ only the commissioner is allowed to use the art and only for their personal use. They are not allowed to use it in any commercial use or resell it.
If the Commissioner wants to use the artwork in any way that brings profit (for example: advertisment etc), they will need to contact me and we will have to discuss extra payment for other use than personal.

⇨ if wanted, I can show process of the art, but that has to be said when ordering the commission
⇨ Payment has to be sent before I start with the Artwork
⇨ I have the right to refuse a commission
⇨ I have the right to increase the price if your character is too difficult, please accept that and don't be angry with me; more work time=higher price
