Couple of important things to note: UPDATED 05/01/2024
- I only accept Paypal, using Artistree only! Clients, who I have sent invoices before March 16th, are still free to use the process that we have been using, via communication on TH, payment by Invoice, etc.
- Payment plans are open only if the commission is $100+ higher. 50% upfront and 50% before finalization.
- Information on how to order on Artistree is below this thread, along with the TOS.
- Artistree is just preferable for contact, but can be taken here in TH or Discord, just make sure to include it in the description if you prefer any of the two. WIPS and the Final Piece will still be posted in Artistree.

Here are my TOS:
GENERAL:
- I, as the artist, reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to repost, and use the created artwork for portfolio purposes and any secondary creation rights.
- I reserve the right to decline requests for any reason.
- All Commissioned works are strictly for Personal/Non-Commercial use only.
- Turnover rate will range anywhere from under 2 weeks to over 4 months. Rush orders shall incur a 25% charge of the total commission.
- Clients are required to credit the artist and agree that they will not claim the artwork as theirs or publish/upload the artwork into any Artificial Intelligence.
PAYMENT:
- Payments are accepted through Artistree using Paypal.
- Base prices are in USD, but I accept all currencies.
- Commission will only start after full payment is received. If the price of the commission is more than $100, 50-50 payment is available as 50% upfront and 50% before delivering the final artwork.
- Failure to pay within the next 5 days will result your commission being cancelled.
- Artistree charges a platform fee of 6.5%. If the price of the commission is less than $100, an extra $2.60 USD is added.
REFUND POLICY:
- 100% refund if asked before the sketch is started.
- Once the sketch is completed a 100% refund isn't possible. Unless I am unable to finish your piece for some reason.
- Note that filing an unauthorized chargeback without notifying will result being Blacklisted and Blocked. 100% refund if the case isn't settled by the deadline I've given, you will NOT be given the unfinished artwork.
PREFERENCE & REVISIONS:
- Visual reference sheets are strongly recommended. Written Descriptions are not accepted.
- Client gets 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece, excluding the sketch phase as you are free to make modifications at that stage.
- A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

Process if you ordered through Artistree:
- By reading my TOS, you may proceed to Artistree, where you can decide on which type to order.
- Once I accept your order, you will be notified in your email with the final price and is prompted to pay in the payment page.
- You will be given a secret commission link and id from the site. Do NOT lose nor share this to anyone as they will have access to your orders and approvals.
- For 50-50 Payment plan, 50% upfront and 50% before finalization of the artwork. Please note the 2nd invoice has fees like the first one :(
- Both of us will use Artistree's messaging system for clear communication and avoid cluttering. Notifications are sent by emails.
- I will send progress images, that includes, sketches, lineart, and coloring. Once approved, I will be finalizing the artwork.
- Completed commission will be sent via Artistree. You will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size if needed. Note that there is no physical product.
