Essentially they're pay what you want, but sketches and greyscale art would be a minimum of $15 per character, and adding color would be about a minimum of $25 ~ $35 per character depending on their complexity. A simple background can be added by request at no charge at all unless you're feeling generous!
Fan-art and OCs are okay, but ultimately it depends on what you ask for. I'm able to draw humans, ferals, and most humanoid characters!
