Terms of Service
- Upfront payment only.
- Once payment is received and confirmed I will send a sketch with the basic composition. Any revisions should be requested at this stage to avoid additional fees.
- Once payment is received and work is started refunds are not available.
- Commissioned art to be used for personal use only, not commercial (unless otherwise negotiated).
- I retain the right to include commissioned pieces for display online as an example of my work to other potential clients and in art portfolios. This will be the case unless otherwise requested and agreed upon.
