Rules/ Guidelines:
Trying this again because last time I got upset and impulsively deleted the thread.
- Not FCFS. I will be selective and fill requests in whichever order I'd like.
- I will work with only one character per freebie. You may request up to three characters maximum for me to choose from. Please be sure to link to your character(s); I will not look for them on your profile myself.
- I will work with human(oid), kemonomimi, and anthro. For these particular experimental freebs, I'm leaning more towards working with anthro.
- I will only work with characters relatively simple in design.
- I will not work with NSFW or gore.
- It may take me several months to actually fill out your request, so please be sure to leave character(s) you know you will be keeping for a long time.
- The quality of these freebies may vary, depending on my mood. Please understand that just because I offer a higher quality freebie to someone does not mean you will receive the same quality.
- Please practice common courtesy. I am offering my time and effort to you for nothing in exchange. Do not drop-and-ditch. The very least you can do is offer a word of thanks.
- You may request again only if two months have passed since I filled your previous request. If six months have passed and I still haven't filled your initial request, you may request again but with different character(s).

Well here we got Vincent, he's got a pretty big character overhaul just today, and I got the idea in your bro's stream earlier. So naturally I gotta try to get him something to celebrate!
He does have his righteous hair that flows, as well as being able to be drawn with a red flowing scarf, and coats, or a cape, really he's capable of having a bunch of flowing elements about him! I know you kick ass at those types of things, so I figured I'd mention em! Whatever you do, if he's picked that is, I'll love it! But what I'll love is seeing your style change up some for these!~
And well I hope I'm not assuming anything, but usually freebie threads of yours are when you are in a better place, so hopefully that is the case here! I did see you post in the positivity board about feeling better lately, so that's a good sign! Hopefully it's gonna keep getting better, and hey if anything, just milk Raph again if you really need to :p But shh don't let him know I suggested that. Ahh, but yeah! Here's hoping you can get back in the swing with these, get that good experimentation going!~ I really wish I could write outside my universe cause I also noticed you gettin the hankering for some of that good stuff~

I am indeed doing better than before, so I've been trying to catch up on all the overdue art/ writing stuff I owe asdfghjkl; I've been running myself ragged cuz of that, so it's nice to be able to take a step back away from those and do some lighthearted freebs like this.
