Ref Sheet/Link to characters: Not sure if youre open to creating characters? I want a party animal for my 21st birthday which is coming up in May. I don't really have a character to get or do 21st birthday party art of as I only have one party type oc and he is a male so I don't identify with him super close. I would love a female oc of pretty much any species/design as long as she fits the party theme. And not like kids clown birthday, more like rave party type? I like to leave a lot of open space for the artist as I am awful at making ocs as far as designs ^^;
