I'll offer this gal! She's pretty open to most any sort of outfit and such!
Your art is pretty dang good! I'd say offer a wide variety! Headshots are good for those on a budget, and half bodies and fullbodies give other options! Chibis are always cute, and fun to mix it up!
To help maybe get someone a bit shorter on money at a moment, various stages! Sketch, lineart, flat colored and then a fully done piece, priced accordingly!
And if you have a few styles, would be cool to offer a choice of styles!

As for your question, the variety depends on demand! Some people like headshots, some like full bodies and some chibis. Style-wise it's a bit hard to say, I usually search for commissions to get a variety of styles, but other than that I like full bodies, chibi or not.
Hey, if you wanna practice then Yuyu might be a good way, her design's semi-basic so it might be good ^^
I usually go for headshots because I can't afford much more than that, riparoni me. If I could I would buy fullbodies.

personally i like when people break down their commissions into headshots, busts, half-bodys and full bodies and also by sketch, colored sketch, lineart, flat, cel, and regular shaded - it gives people different options for different price ranges and stuff, plus u can stick with one style while still offering variety which encourages repeat buyers ! at least ime
