Gloomy Weather - Halloween

Sitting at a table, papers scattered about Darius sighed, so much paper work. 

Looking over to the window all he could see was gray as rain pelted the glass. At least this weather was good for focusing if nothing else. It had been this way all day, nothing but gray skies and rain, a lot of rain. 

He would much rather be out on a job instead of sitting around doing paper work. But it had to be done and he didn't feel like going out and getting drenched today just to quell his boredom. But also, a small break couldn't hurt anything right? 

Maybe just a few minutes of staring out at the rain could help. Lifting a hand he touched the glass, rather cool to the touch. He started to trace shapes on the glass as it became foggy under the heat of his hand. 

A soft chuckle escaped him as he drew a small mushroom in the condensation, then he gave the mushroom a happy little face before returning to his paper work with his new little friend.
