Adoptable Rules + T.O.S.

If you are interested in obtaining or offering on a design of mine, please read through this in its entirety and as thoroughly as possible, thank you.

MY ADOPTABLE T.O.S IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
By seeking out and obtaining a design by me (be it by buying from me directly, someone else, or trading) you're agreeing to follow it.
I encourage anyone who thinks they see someone trying to violate my T.O.S. to let me know immediately so I can update my blacklist. 
My T.O.S forever applies to my designs regardless of how many times a design changes hands.

General:

•THERE IS A PASSWORD. However, in order to find it, you must read through my T.O.S in its entirety.

• When offering on an available design, commenting on their profile is the best route to go. However, you may also message me here or on my main, CupieOh.

• I only accept money and art offers. Unless it's clearly stated otherwise, do not offer points/trades/custom designs as those do not interest me.

• Holds are for mutuals only and have a one-month limit. (Unless provided a reason)

• No offering on pending characters unless they've been put back into the available folder.

• You may trade/gift my designs.

• ABSOLUTELY NO NFTS.

Regarding Money Offers:

• My designs are always 10$ or more. Do not ask me to lower the initial price.

• I only accept PayPal.

• Payment is expected upfront and in full.

• You have 48hrs to send your payment. If you fail to send the payment within that time limit without giving me a reason as to why the adopt will go back into the available folder.

You may resell the adopt, however, you cannot resell it for more than what you paid for unless there's extra commissioned art of the design.

Regarding Art Offers:

• Until owed art is complete the design will remain in the pending folder. Once the art is complete, however, I'll transfer the design to your preferred account as soon as I possibly can.

• In order to obtain the design your art offer must be finished in full. You cannot cancel halfway through and still expect to obtain the adopt.

• Unless there's extra commissioned art of the design, you cannot resell it under any circumstances.

• Quality > Quantity.

• Your skill level must be decent.

• Unless I'm given a valid reason, you have two months to complete your owed art otherwise the adopt is put back in the available folder.

• Please regularly update me on how far you are with your owed art.

Regarding Freebies/WTA/DTA:

•You cannot resell a freebie/WTA/DTA unless there's extra commissioned art of the character, however, you're free to gift and trade it.

•Two freebie/WTA/DTA per day limit per person to prevent design hogging.

• Freebies/WTA/DTA  aren't guaranteed FCFS, I can and will be selective at times. If this isn't your thing, don't bother offering.

• Leave a "ಸ‿ಸ" I'm your comment/message when asking for a freebie/WTA/DTA.

Regarding Editing/Redesigning:

• You cannot make twins/triplets/quadruplets/quintuplets w/e. One adopt stays one adopt.

• You may tweak the design but you cannot fully redesign it, the design must remain recognizable.

• You cannot edit the original adopt art, however, you're free to ask me to do it for you.

Regarding Customs:

• If you are interested in getting a custom design by me, you can contact me here, on my main CupieOh, or on any of my active socials.

• The starting price is 50$ per custom.

Ownership:

• My designs are for non-commercial use only.

• I (As in this account) must remain credited as the original design and character creator.

• I retain all legal rights to my designs.

Once you've obtained the design, it's yours to use as you please as long as it's nothing problematic/bigoted.

IF YOU ARE CAUGHT VIOLATING OR BREAKING ANY OF THESE RULES YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY BE BLOCKED AND BLACKLISTED FROM MY DESIGNS. ANYONE CAUGHT GIVING MY DESIGNS TO THOSE ON THE BLACKLIST WILL BE BLOCKED AND BLACKLISTED AS WELL.
