Even at a young age, Xia was often sick due to a weak immune system. In elementary school, she was often in and out of the hospital. Her parents, Allie and Dente, looked for ways to help her. Her half-brother, Neon, often helped her with school work she missed out on. Xia didn't let her weak immune system get her down. She'd often tell jokes and funny stories even when she was sick. She loved making people smile ever since she was little. She had a close bond with Neon going up, even if they were only half-siblings. They were often seen together when they were younger. They moved from Coastline Village to Cheston during the summer between elementary and middle school. While in Cheston, both Xia and Neon discovered that they both had control over electricity. The two of them would often try and shock the other.

In seventh grade, their house caught on fire. Xia was coughing as she tried getting out. Luckily for her, Neon was awake and helped her escape out the window. Xia, Neon, and their parents were able to make it out safely. Xia had to go to the hospital due to smoke inhalation. During the time she was recovering, Neon and their parents rented a motel to stay in. Once Xia recovered, they all moved back to Coastline Village for the next school year. She and Neon were able to talk their parents into moving back. She was happy to be back! They even were able to move into their old home! She spent her time reconnecting with old friends she had.

After graduating, Xia stayed with her parents. She was sad to see Neon leave to live with his girlfriend, but was happy he kept in touch. She was able to get on some medicine that helped her immune system. Xia enjoyed being able to go outside even more! She loved making a stranger's day by making them smile or laugh. She'd often to go a park or other public places and tell her favorite jokes to a small crowd. He decided that her dream is to one day be a comedian on TV. She's working toward that goal today.
