> Native Location: Nox

> Residence:Space Station Zariel

> Personality:Myr is incredibly intelligent, he can do calculations on the fly and if you pointed at a creature or plant and asked what it was he could probably tell you. Despite that, Myr is lacking in life experience and the wisdom that comes with it, so he often finds that he doesn’t know what to do with himself in both social and normal domestic situations. Though Myr is good at what he does, he doesn’t tend to talk about space and his ship unless asked. Once you get him going though, he could talk for hours about the intricacies of a space-faring engine or the latest meteorite he saw out the window. He often can’t help himself from getting into mischief, whether that be on purpose or due to ignorance.

> Relationships:

Viridian: Best friend; they get up to mischief together and she takes care of him, though Myr often doesn’t notice that’s what’s happening.

Tempest: Tempest looks out for him, often in more obvious ways than Viridian does. Despite their similar ages, Tempest is mentally an adult and Myr is still barely out of his teen years, so he has become the group baby despite his protests.

> Backstory:

Myr’s family is one of mostly engineers who spend their time manufacturing aura powered engines in Nox. For most of his childhood and adolescence he felt immense pressure from his family to continue the family business with his siblings and cousins, and as a consequence of these expectations he spent most of his time either studying or actively learning from one of his many tutors. His father often stole him away from his math practice to work directly on wiring engines, using his tiny hands and ability to climb into small spaces to his advantage.

Myr longed to see the engines he’d spent his whole life around in action, begging his parents to let him become a pilot. He set his eyes on the massive blimps that often passed overhead in his childhood home. He used his family connections to “observe” blimps in action, though this mostly manifested in him staring in awe of the great open skies and watching enormous gears turn as the blimp moved steadily forward. After doing this many, many times the Rubasyn piloting the blimp he had been a frequent passenger on let him sit behind the wheel. Though it was only for a few moments, it felt like an eternity to Myr. He knew he belonged in the skies.

Using the excuse that he would be better able to make improvements to blimps if he knew what it felt like to fly them, Myr convinced his parents to let him officially train as a blimp pilot. He didn’t actually spend much time flying blimps though, as the opportunity arose for him to start piloting voyagers instead. Myr was overjoyed by this, flying anywhere for missions that he could, whether that be an interesting expedition or a boring supply run. As he took on llarger missions, Myr gained a crew (and a family) in Tempest and Viridian.
