Alderaan is one of the most beautiful planets in the galaxy. It has numerous mountain ranges, bustling cities, and luscious forests spread throughout. Me and my family lived in a quaint house on the outer portion of the capital city, Aldera. My mother looked as beautiful as ever, I don’t know how she managed to keep her beauty after four kids. Her eyes are a chestnut brown, her hair a blonde that she always had done in a bun of sorts. My father was a teacher for the older kids, such as my brothers, at the school. He wasn’t the manliest of men, but he loved us all to death. He always had a well kept beard, and short brown hair. The oldest of us four children, Anthony is studying to become a teacher like my father. He is insanely smart, and is always correcting my dad in class from what I’ve heard. Then my other older brother, Damien was always looking for trouble, it’s a miracle he hasn’t been arrested yet. I’m next in the Fyre family line, then the youngest is my sister, Kyra is the most pure human I’ve ever seen. Her innocence is mesmerizing, I just want her to stay that way forever.
X-wings would roar in the sky as they flew by. I can’t remember life on Alderaan before Order 66, I was 4 at the time it was executed. I look forward to when I’m older and can join the rebellion to fight for what’s right. My parents are against that idea because of my powers. After Order 66 I was supposed to keep them secret and never use them again. And I haven’t since; it’s been incredibly hard, a part of me is sealed away but my father told me it’s for my own safety.

“Tobias it’s time for you to sleep” my mother said with her gentle voice while stroking her hand through my scruffy brown hair. “C’mon you got a big day of school tomorrow” She grabbed my hand and started leading me to my small room in the back of the house.
I let out a groan “but mama Anthony and Damien get to stay up, it’s not fair”
My mother hoisted me on my bed and said the same thing she’s always said before “Tobias, they’re older back, when they were 7 they had to go to bed early too” she says as she’s tucking me into bed, gives me a kiss goodnight and turns of lights before leaving the room.
I woke up in the middle of the night to Kyra opening my door holding her toy bunny close to her. She nervously asked “Tobey, I can’t sleep, can I sleep with you?” Before I gave her a response she climbed into my bed.
While I sat in bed the urge to use my gift grew worse than it’s ever been. It’s been three years since I’ve used it, and Kyra has never seen it, I mean no one else is here, what’s the worst that can happen? I sit up and ask “Kyra do you want to see something cool?” I ask both nervously and excitedly. “But you have to promise not to tell mama or dad”
She grins and her green eyes light up with curiosity “Of course Tobey, your secret is safe with me!”
I begin to concentrate on her stuffed bunny, it starts to rise and I even get it to dance in the air. Kyra lets out an excited giggle and her smile radiates in the dark room. “How are you doing that?” she asks, still not taking her eyes off the bunny. Before I answered my door swung open and my dad stepped in. The bunny drops to the floor and I look at him with guilt.
“What’s going on here?” He asks groggily, his eyes pan to the bunny that just hit the floor. His face then becomes overwhelmed with fear, a look I’ve never seen on him ever since Order 66. “Tobias, were you using the force?” He asks shakidly.
I looked up at him and explained “It’s the first time I’ve used it in years, I promise. And no one saw other than Kyra” He rushes out of the room and I can hear him talking with mama through the walls. It’s inaudible but they sound fearful. What’s the big deal if no one saw? I sat back down on the bed with Kyra as she asked so many questions.
After a while of answering her questions and then her trying to use the gift herself we were finally falling asleep. Not long after, Kyra let out a piercing shriek of horror. I jumped awake to see a large figure standing at the foot of my bed. Then a bright red light lit up the room as he drew his double bladed saber. I jumped out of bed as he began to speak “Tobias Fyre, you have been targeted by the Galactic Empire due to your force wielding abilities.” I grabbed my saber my master had before Order 66, it was a green blade. He continued “Surrender now or get bested in combat” I drew my sabers blade. Kyra grabbed her bunny and hid under my blanket.
He came at me and I blocked it. Again. And once more. I heard my squeaky door open and my parents ran in and shrieked in horror. My opponent raised his hand and began choking my mother by using the force. I looked back at her, she collapsed gasping for air. My dad is by her side, flustered. “Release her!” I yelled, swinging the saber aggressively at him. I could feel the rage building up as I swung my saber repeatedly into his. He released my mother, looked me up and down and took my saber from me. His cold hand grabbed my arm as he dragged me out the window.
I could hear my father shouting as tears were running down his face “Tobias, no, no, don’t take my boy from me” then as we ran further from my house the weeping began to silence. I could hear my mother cry something out but I couldn’t make out what it was. This cold creature took me to his ship lined with imperial troopers. Upon entering the ship I was put into a cold steel cage, like some animal. I could hear the ship's door whoosh shut as we took off. Three troopers surrounded my cage each taking turns shocking me. I let out cries of pain as each electrical shock surges throughout my body. Then I passed out alone, scared, and in pain in my cage...
