Anatomy / diet / reproduction

Physical anatomy
------
Noodle Dragons are, as the name implies, very long and bendy and with little stubby legs. They have tiny wings that are largely decorative as they fly through magic. Their wings can move freely, and are not attached to their body. Instead their wings hover a few inches above their body. Even though their wings are not physically attached to their body, they can not be taken too far away from them. They are a similar height as a common house cat.

Noodles typically have an egg-shaped head, adorned with two little horns and fluffy ears. Their bodies have a longer fur around their neck and chest area, and a short fuzzy fur on the rest of their body. Their feet only have two toes and their front paws can have a thumb but rarely do. Their small feet allow them to walk on clouds and manipulate small objects. For manipulating bigger objects they commonly use magic. Their feet are covered in short fur and do not have paw-pads.

Their little horns are for display and intimidation purposes, and are generally the most colorful part of their face. These horns are commonly little nubs that act as display eyes, but the shapes and sizes can vary.

Diet
-----

Noodle Dragons feed almost exclusively on good magic and positive energy from other creatures. They're very affectionate in nature and love to cuddle. They usually feed through touch, but some might also decide to simply draw their food out of the environment. Noodles can also eat with their little mouth, they especially like sweets like candy and fruit!

-----
Magic
-----

Noodle Dragons are very magically adept! They use magic for just about anything, from flying to getting food and eating. They do have their own specialized magic that varies from Noodle to Noodle. One might be able to conjure flowers, while the other can influence emotions. Their specialized magic only manifesting when they come of age. Young Noodles are coached by adults and encouraged to find their specialty.
Unless the Noodle is specifically evil and cast out of the community, their magic can not cause harm to others.

-----
Reproduction
-----

Noodle Dragons mate for life, but can mate with as many partners as they wish to.
To create an egg between two noodles, they push their heads together and let their magic flow through their partner. As their magic mingles and mixes, a small orb starts to form between them, eventually turning into an egg that's usually as high as their chest.
The baby Noodle grows through positive emotions and affection. Hatching only when it's essentially aglow with positive energy. When a baby hatches, they are completely white and lack any horns, their fur is short and very fluffy. Their white coloration, together with their fluffy fur allows them to hide within the clouds for safety. As they grow, they initially feed on the shared magic of their parents, but eventually are taught to seek out other sources of food as to not place too much of a toll on the parents.
The baby's markings and horns start growing in when they're a juvenile, at that point they are also pretty much independent from their parents but still stick by their side for safety, as they're still fairly small.
