✨Terms Of Service ✨

If you buy a character from me (meaning adopt) this is my TOS.

For OTAs, Set Price Adopts and Trades:

1- Do NOT sell them right after you buy/adopt. You must have them for 2 weeks or more ig. (If you do, you will be placed on my Blacklist but not blocked.)

2- You CAN sell them for DeviantArt points or trade them for a character that is worth the amount it was sold for. 

3- You MUST have at least 3 art pieces before you sell them. It doesn't matter if the art is from you or another creator, you must have 3 art pieces before selling. (The reasoning for this is I've had people sell ocs with no pieces of art and then the characters just magically disappeared. )

5- Do not delete characters I've made from Toyhouse!!(This is a big one) If you are selling a character to someone off of Toyhouse, INFORM ME FIRST. I'd like to follow that person to see how much they enjoy the character. (Plus someone didn't inform me first and a character I wanted to find art of to draw them disappeared. That made me cry.)

6- You may not redesign a oc right after you get them. You must draw the design you obtained first. After I'd say, maybe a week or two, you have my permission UNLESS stated otherwise YOU STILL MUST ASK and the character must look at LEAST a bit like the original. (Yes you may change the species, and some of the colors, but not to where the character is unrecognizable from the original. Example of what you can't do- Change the green oc to brown with the green being the base color. This is just an example.)

Things you can offer: HQ Art, HQ Characters(Tent), Animation/Gifs, DeviantArt Points, Customs(Tent), Money (Paypal- USD)

What you can't offer (At the moment): Shipped Items (Badges, Fursuit Parts, Kandi Bracelets, Paintings, Drawings, etc.)- Unless you have Etsy :3

For Freebies:

They are just that. Freebies. I don't want them and I kinda don't care who I give them to. Most freebies only have 1 art piece (their original thing)

For Trades:

I will always trade for something EVEN. Never an oc that's lower than the price of the oc for trade and never over the price as well.

⚠️Keep in Mind⚠️:

I have the right to decline an offer you make. (If I think you're suspicious or you make me uncomfortable. Not always the case, but still)

I have the right put the oc back up for adoption if (in the matter of a few months) I have contacted you and you have not gotten back to me. I ALWAYS contact someone if they have offered on something. I WILL remind you if you have art that you owe me(not right away ofc, I'm patient, hence why I wait several weeks to months. I will never forget tho.) If you have a reasonable "excuse" for not getting back to me or not working on the art, etc. That's fine, I won't put it back up for adoption.
