Andromeda was sick of waiting for the rest of her group. They seemed to be slow and more carefree about all of this. It was exciting however, and she was thankful that they still came. Today, there was only one thing on their minds. UNICORNS!

''I don't even know how we will find one. They seem to be getting rarer and rarer,'' Windsong sighed.

''The Elder is taking care of them. They said any which are not wild or protected is free game,'' Tidal Wave responded eagerly. Tidal Wave seemed to be the one feeling no guilt about any of this, as if they've looked into it in detail.

''But it is okay?'' Windsong questioned.

Andromeda rolled her eyes, ''Of course it's okay. The special ones that are protected have a tag on their ears, which seems to be actualy quite a bit of them. Ironically, when I say quite a bit, it kind of means all because there's so little. They've became less harsh on the rules however due to The Elders protection laws and how they have some in captivity.''

Instead of saying any more, the group continued in silence. Tidal Wave made sure to point out tracks they've passed, smelling the air for any sign of unicorns. Windsong instead comminucated about where they seemed to enjoy being the most. Crystals? Check. They seemed to constantly run into different crystals. Andromeda stopped however at a large waterfall, where there were large crystals spiraling against the wall of a cave as if it was replicating the behaviour of roots.

''Here, I can smell it,'' Tidal Wave declared.

''Lead the way then...'' Windsong frowned. Tidal Wave did as they said, lowering their body beforehand and afterwards signalling the others to do the same. Creeping forward, Andromeda thought she could hear it as well. However...

''There's wolves, they are attacking it. Can you smell the blood from both?'' Windsong spoke. The trio were behind bushes, preparing for the hunt... creeping forward, the sounds of the battle could be heard. Being downwind made it fairly easy for them to smell. It was Tidal Wave who declared how many, poking their head out from the grass once close enough.

''There are only two. The unicorn seems to be quite harmed, but I can also see another wolf that is not moving anymore...'' His voice trailed off before speaking again, ''Andromeda, you take on the unicorn. I will take on both wolves, and Windsong please take on whichever seems to be stronger at the moment. I suggest helping me with the wolves first,'' they declared. Andromeda nodded and made her way over to the other side, avoiding being seen by the fighting animals. Once everyone was ready, Windsong barked to alert everyone to begin. The three animals looked in the direction of where Windsong appeared, making it easier for Andromeda to launch her attack.

Andromeda bit into the hindleg of the unicorn, getting a good enough grip to not be shaken off easily. It attempted to kick her however she managed to avoid the angry legs. Windsong launched himself onto one of the wolves. Biting into the neck of the smaller creature, it was a quick finish as it was already injured. Andromeda continued to be sure the unicorn couldn't simply escape as this continued, with Tidal Wave quite ltierally crashing onto the wolf with what seemed as power you could expect from a literal Tidal Wave. It knocked the air out of the second fuzzy wolf for a few moments, making the battle even easier. Now Andromeda knows where he got his name. The wolf seems to recover quickly however, scratching Tidal Wave accross the face, but not hard enough to have him flinch. Tidal Wave finished the wolf quickly, not wanting the poor creature to suffer.

Andromeda was still holding onto the unicorn despite its kicking. She closed her eyes prepared for any impact, simply trying to hold the large thing down so it couldn't run. Windsong on the other hand seemed to help her by distracting it, grabbing onto its large horn and pulling on it as if he was trying to make it fall. He didn't seem to be getting far though, so instead he ended up simply biting into its neck. At least, Tidal Wave joined the battle, launching himself into the Unicorn. Of course, the other two buddies went down in shock with it landing in the grass, Windsong nearly landing onto a spiked crystal.

''THANKS!'' He huffed angerily through white fluff which was in Windsongs mouth. With the unicorn having its air knocked out, and Andromeda just about getting kicked in the head after bonking her own head off of the ground thanks to Tidal Wave, it was obvious the three wanted to finish their hunt. Tidal Wave got ontop of the unicorn holding it down, allowing Andromeda and Windsong to focus more on actually finishing the creature. Both Andromeda and Windsong focused on the neck, soon killing the large creature with Tidal Wave looking pretty proud of himself.

Finally, it was Windsongs turn to decide what to hunt. Before it was Andromeda, and next it will be Tidal Waves turn, however it was time to focus on what he wanted at the moment. Windsong already knew a gryphon, something he was always scared to hunt. With Andromeda and Tidal Wave however it felt as if he could hunt anything, especially after last time. He knew the perfect place to find them, signalling for Andromeda and Tidal Wave to follow. He could see Andromeda sniffing the air searching for something, Tidal Wave instead looking confident.

Brushing the tall bluish grass out of his way and avoiding the spiking crystals whichseemed to just want to pierce him, he swayed side to side to avoid them. It wasn't long before they found Thselves in a large clearing, a single gryphon looking quite annoyed at the surrounding landscape. Its beady eyes darted towards the trio, before Aquila and Tidal Wave could see it. It was understandable that it was a bad choice to be upwind.

Windsong alerted the others, with Andromeda jumping forward just as the oversized bird was preparing to lift off. Tidal Wave sprung into action as well, doing what they always do. Leaping straight into it. This time he didn't seem to succed as well, with the gryphon attempting to slice into Tidal Wave, arms spread out as if it was attempting to hug him at the same time. Andromeda was more lucky, working on holding it down by the hindleg. That was usually her tactic, prefering the others to inflict more damage and instead her help, but it was always exetremely useful for her to do so. Windsong pushed Tidal Wave out of the way, saving him from another clawful of scratches. Tidal Wave seemed to be fairly annoyed, and decided to aim for the wings which seemed to be difficult as well due to the gryphon seeming to havea  desire to whack everything like a mother pigeon protecting its babies.

Windsong preferred to always aim for the neck, and so he did. Leaping onto the back of the bird, with Tidal Wave attempting to do something, Windsong had no idea, with the wings. Windsong dug his nails into the shoulders of the creature, getting a good grip.

''Andromeda! Please attack the front legs! They keep clawing me!!'' Windsong called.

Andromeda did just that, attacking the front legs. It was difficult to avoid getting clawed constantly, but at least she didn't have to worry about the sharp beak. Windsong was taking care of that. Just as they were finally getting the hang of it, and almost defeating the creature, a bear appeared.

''GREAT!'' Tidal Wave said through a mouth full of feathers.

''YOU AREN'T GETTING MY FOOD!!!'' He screached at the bear before launching himself at it. It was easy to tell what was happening. With the gryphon weak enough, and the bear larger than the vayrons, it thought it could scare them. For a moment Andromeda couldn't see Tidal Wave as he pushed the bear into the tall blue grass.

Finally, the gryphon went limp, resulting in both Andromeda and Windsong leaping away and running to aid Tidal Wave. They rushed to help and saw Tidal Wave hanging off of the arm of the bear who towered over them on hind legs. IT WAS HUGE.  Fur was everywhere, and it was difficult to tell who it came from. Andromeda didn't waste any time and leaped onto the other arm, with Windsong getting ready to bring the beast back onto all fours. Windsong circled the beast in a run, snipping at its hindlegs. It attempted to turn, but instead resulted in attempting to grab Tidal Wave with its jaws. Tidal Wave let go just in time, Andromeda doing the same to insure she didn't lose her head.

The bear got onto all four paws, and began to try to chase Tidal Wave. It seemed to really have something against him. Wingsong took this chance to leap onto its back, digging his teeth into the back of its neck. Andromeda instead took on his old job and nipped at every leg she could find,  ensuring the bear wouldn't focus too much on the giant vayron perched on its back. Tidal Wave seemed to have a different plan however. Eying the landscape, Tidal Wave found the perfect solution to winning this battle, as currenly it didn't seem... quite easy, and in fact dangerous to do anything differently.

''Get off!'' Tidal Wave ordered Windsong, but got a look of confusion in return. ''NOW!!!''

Windsong leaped off, just in time to avoid going down with the bear. Tidal Wave stared the beast in the eye as it came towards him on its hindlegs, and then plunged forward straight into its belly pushing it back onto a large crystal which pierced its chest. It would have been beautiful, the crystal of course, except it simply wasn't. Not with the bear ontop, the fur everywhere, and even worse the damage inflicted onto his group of friends. Usually he found Roenden beautiful, but this was a time when it wasn't.
