Food Fight! What’s a fair without some flying food? Get the catapults and corn ready, and take cover! Draw or write about your Reosean partaking in (or trying to avoid) a food fight!

Ember 013 [Starter]
-Location/Fair-
Iniko was proud of his companions and their success in the fair. They've all won or come close to winning a bunch of the stuff they had tried, and it was an exciting day so far. It was probably time for them to grab some grub though; the puller's stomach was rumbling, and he suspected between Ember's nonstop energy and Koma's race, they both could use some hydration and fuel.
Directing them towards some food carts, he ordered a round of slushies for the gang, and to balance out the sugar, grabbed some burgers and pulled pork sandwiches.
As they continued their meal, the tall puller made the mistake of eating while walking, and some of that delicious pulled pork dripped down onto the three tailed chaser's head.
"Oh sor-" The puller tried to say, but he was interrupted with a screech as Ember went looking wildly back and forth. Her eyes locked on a target, an innocent child nearby, and she snatched some of the fries with her food, tossing them at him, then snatching the remains of Koma's drink to lob at someone else.
"FOOD FIGHT!" Oh dear lords, what did he start? Iniko was all for mischief, even getting into trouble unplanned, but he wasn't exactly a small target when food started flying, and that little brat Ember was using him as a shield.
Koma didn’t even get much of a chance to respond, before he knew it, his drink disappeared right from his paws to be replaced by a thrown small sized bag of fries at his face. He ducked just seconds prior thanks to his cat-like reflexes but he wasn’t safe yet. Fries managed to tangle into his mane, cheese was flung and stretched all over like webs and by the time everything was sinking in he had his half eaten sandwich ready to be chucked at someone.
“That’s it! It’s on!!” he taunted.
It was war.
Now, he didn’t think that this would turn into much, but he was quickly proven wrong. Many others joined in and it became a throwing contest. Food was airborne, drinks splattered and splashed.
And then, Koma joined Ember to take cover next to Iniko, who they now both sheltered behind him, giggling and laughing so hard but trying to keep their mouths shut to avoid getting flung pieces of food in it.
Iniko spluttered as he became a shield. But seeing the other two having fun, he could keep his dignity. Besides, Koma's hair was a mess and it would be a pain to clean out. He could save it some more indecency.
He moved slowly, allowing the other two to stay ducked behind him. He scooped up more food with his paws, pushing it behind him to give his friends some more ammo. He also used his strength to kick and toss food of his own.
It was the funnel cake full of syrup that landed on his face, dripping down with a sugary stickiness that caused him to start taking this seriously as more reoseans entered the fray.
Snow cones were melting in the heat of the fair, but he managed to grab a few, and rolled them into perfect balls like they were made of real snow. Taking the colorful ammo, he flung them like he flung the ball at the bottles, letting them land in cold and colorful explosions of ice particles.
"Take that!"
Ember burst out into even louder laughter, so much so that she rolled over her back to laugh.
The poor sods that got pelted by the snow ball-like snow cones had them all over themselves. It really did look like snow with the way that it splattered and spread. People and Reoseans alike were getting re-colored for every hit Iniko would land. Ember was rolling over in laughter, she had given up chucking food because she couldn’t stop laughing.
But for Koma, he was gathering everything that found its way next to them. With the large puller dragging some over too, he had a marvelous stash of it now.
He bounded up again and sided with the puller, food in paws and ready to slug. Together, they slung the pieces of salad, the tomato slices and the oh so rare corn dogs here and there. But the backlash was just as fierce.
Iniko wasn't sure if there were any clear winners in a food fight. The damn thing was a messy version of dodgeball with no way to keep score. Still, seeing Ember practically die with laughter, and Koma clearly having fun, he'd say they were winning.
His snow cone explosions went over great, as Ember wasn't the only one laughing from them. At this point, his pelt was no longer that normal brown, now it was splattered with more white from whipped topping and ice cream, random colorful sprinkles, reds and yellows and greens from various condiments, and some other browns and reds from various saucy foods.
He was a total mess and was for sure needed to be washed off after this. He was never going to look at a pretzel the same way again after seeing one stuck around some poor vay's whip tail, who ran away from it still flopping along on that appendage.
When the assault started to die down, he herded his companions away, although he let Koma get in a few more nice shots beforehand. There was bound to be a place to wash up somewhere, and while it was fun while it lasted, Ember was about to start hyperventilating and it was probably a good idea to get her somewhere to calm down.
They could resume some more fun after a while, but for now, it was clean up time, and maybe finally fill their bellies!
