Makina's Backstory

     Makina heard about the old stories of how Nolara use to work. The higher bloods ruling the lower bloods, how her caste helped serve the royals, and she believed that that's the way it should stay. It didn't help that others of her blood caste agreed that the strong should wipe out the weak. She grew up with that mindset, and avoided low bloods whenever she could. It also didn't help that she and her lusus lived in a town full of high bloods.

     Makina had an interest in coffee ever since she was a young troll. After graduating, she moved a few towns over and set up a café to see coffee and other treats. She had to deal with low bloods in her cafe, but she thought it'd be worth it if it meant more customers. She made sure to keep things strictly business with anyone below her caste, and would sometimes talk to high bloods while she worked. She never expected a chatty cerulean to change her way of thinking.
