Backstory:

Oakley is a raptor farmer in Plumei Santos. He often sells the eggs his raptors produce to others in the small town or he will trade with them. He often chatters with locals about their days and any gossip about cult groups that may come by. He steers clear of the groups, but occasionally they’ll come by to do who knows what. 

Oakley was raised in his early years by a gryphon who adopted him and set him up with a small farm to live contently on. The gryphon has grown older now and Oakley visits often to clean and give fresh eggs to them. Oakley doesn’t know his birth parents, but he does know that without the protection of his adoptive parent he would’ve never been this happy in life.
