Raccoony / pinucoon's Terms of Service

The rules below apply to all my commission work. If you agree to my T.O.S., you agree to every line that is written under this statement.

General Rules, Payment, & Refund Policy

- $1 = 100 points

- Questions? Contact me on either Toyhouse (you are here), Instagram (pinucoon), or deviantArt (mandytheraccoon, inactive) at any time!

- I only accept USD (US Dollar) via PayPal and deviantArt points as payment. Most commonly, USD slots are unlimited until closing, whereas ONE dA points slot will be available per commission slot, first come first serve (exceptions may apply).

- I can draw most ferals/anthros/humans, but I may reject characters heavily unlike felines/canines. You are free to inquire about yours.
- I will not draw NSFW or heavy gore.

- Do not send payment until I accept your order. Once it is received, I will begin.
- I expect payment within 24 hours. I will give you a bump if, by then, you have not sent anything! Repeat ghosting will result in blacklisting.

- I only accept holds if your case is appropriate, and these will most likely be a range of 24-48 hours. I expect you to pay in full by the end of the allotted time.
- If I state I am accepting upfront payment, do not expect me to hold a slot!

- I may request a clearer reference image if I cannot read your character well.
- If a section of your character is obscured on the reference, I will exercise my own judgement and place what I think is best. I am not responsible for fixing inaccuracies if you neglect to mention such details beforehand.

- No refunds will be provided after I accept your order. You must ensure that you have all the necessary permissions to the means you are using to pay prior to commissioning, especially if someone is spending on your behalf. The only exception to this rule is if I personally deem myself unfit to complete work.

- Chargebacks will result in an instant public blacklist and further action will be taken. Highlighted in the rules above and below, I have given every possible chance to receive a quality commission experience with every rule that I require listed cleanly and explicitly for you, and I will not tolerate forceful 'refunding' because you disagreed with this after accepting my terms of services and deciding to pay.

Process

- You may request a WIP (work in progress) of your commission! Be sure to specify at which stage of my art process (e.g. sketch, lineart) you would like to see one. I will not, however, make major changes to the lineart if it is near complete and you did not specify you wanted this change earlier.

- I will not work on a deadline, but I will try to the best of my ability to complete your commission in a timely manner.
- I offer rush fees for those requiring a date be met (for usual commission types, these will range from +$2~$5. Ask!).

- I have the creative freedom to alter your character's colours as I wish. These will be reasonable, near unnoticeable changes, and typically include shifting a hue for clarity of art. These are non-optional and I will not be editing a final piece to restore your character's original palette.

Credit & Usage

- I retain the rights to any artwork I create. This enables me to freely use the commissioned piece in posts, advertisements, or my personal portfolio. I will never claim your characters to be my own.

- You may edit my artwork with my permission. I will allow most changes, but I also have the right to decline anything extraneous.

- Do not use my artwork commercially. Personal use only. This includes using my artwork in merchandise for which you are charging any form of payment, regardless of whether the character belongs to you.
- Printing out a poster or sticker of my illustrations for personal use (e.g. for your room), however, is absolutely allowed - show me, I'd love to see!

- You may not, under any circumstance, use my artwork for NFT uses.

- I may use the artwork I created of your character to advertise my work. I will not claim your character as my own.

- Credit is necessary when using my artwork for any purpose. Link any of the following: Raccoony @ toyhou.se / pinucoon @ Instagram / mandytheraccoon @ deviantArt

- Please contact me prior to reposting (this does not mean uploading an artpiece to a character's gallery on toyhouse or sharing it in an Instagram Story, this means posting it on your Instagram/Twitter/etc feed) a commission I have done for your character. I will likely allow it, under strict crediting policies.
