Terms of service

- Always credit my art/designs!

- I preffer if you have a Toyhouse account to own my designs. 

- never delete designs off of Toyhouse. Once they are submitted they can get hidden ect but NEVER DELETED.

- When you got a design by me but do not own a Toyhouse then please message me so i can keep track of my designs and avoid stealing.

- If you have Toyhouse please credit me there with LadyMoniBlackheart for my art and designs.

- If you have a private Toyhouse (only you can see your designs) you are obligated to tell me where my designs are going before you start the payment transaction.

- I will upload all my designs to Toyhouse. Means I will keep track of them. If you buy a design I will transfer it to you. When you want to sell/trade it you have to update me if you do not own TH and happen to own a design by me.

- I will not keep track of the art you get/make for the design, it's your responsibility to save all values but you may ask for my opinion for the value.

- My designs are not to get used in breeding charts/grids/foal memes unless you get permission from me. If you design parents/siblings ect please inform me and show me the design so i can approve. This avoids that my designs get copied/referenced off too often. Do not hesitate to reach out to me for foal memes i will unlikely say no. But you need to ask before!

- You may not sell the design for more than you bought it, except if it has additional art. Message me and i will gladly help trying to figure out a value.

- Do not flip my designs. This means you can not just resell it the next day. Keep it for a week atleast.

- Please do not redesign my designs without permission. I can do redesigns of MY designs.

- Blacklisted/Blocked users are NOT to have my designs. If they owned a design before beeing Blacklisted they may keep it. Do not get a design and instantly block me i will reclaim with refund in that case.

- You are not allowed to draw them as nsfw or pair them weirdly (horse x dragon/dog/human/whatever) i will not tolerate these.

- You can add tattos, clothes or accessories or change their hairstyle, if you are not sure what you can/can't do don't be afraid to contact me.
