"No, no, the blue one! I wore purple yesterday!" Sitting up straighter, Magnificence smiled at herself as The Knight replaced the ribbon tied around her neck. Looking mighty proud of her reflection, she made a small circle in front of the mirror until she was satisfied with her appearance. "You may lift me now." Raising her small arms with the declaration, her rider was a gullible, obedient sort that was quick to oblige.

"You look quite lovely, Magnificence." Of course she did! There was none more beautiful or lovely than her! ...but she enjoyed hearing it all the same. Especially from her kind, considerate rider. She spared the living armor from either of her thoughts about it however.

"I couldn't agree more. See me off then! I want to hurry to Cordial and his new rider!" She could fly the whole way into the city by herself, but it wasn't like The Knight was busy and she didn't wish to be even the slightest bit tired when they met!

"This way, sir." Cordial told Von, leading him through the city to the area in which he usually met with Magnificence. It was open enough that The Knight could easily join them, which was always a plus if the dam was getting a little too mean. The living armor of a rider was kind and spoiled his dragons so, but he seemed to know when his dragon was going too far and Cordial was too much of a pushover to stop her. She was mean, but he adored her so no matter what mood she was in.

Nodding, von followed, letting the flying wyrm lead the way through the busy urban area. Vonius could feel his new dragon's excitement, a giddy feeling he recognized as well, despite it still being a new bond. It had only been a few days and he could already communicate and feel Cordial’s emotions like he did his other dragons. Cordial had come to him, but he didn't think his life called for another dragon. His father told him he'd get more dragons as he needed them, but he had a feeling for once that maybe it was the dragon that needed him more. He wasn't in the best condition upon arrival, though was now back to a decent shape. Cordial didn't ask much of him, if anything, and it was a strange change compared to what he had raised so far.

"Don't tire yourself out now, you can rest on my shoulders. We haven't even reached the date spot and I can feel you losing some energy." Slowly, Cordial did suppose he was a bit too excited and wasn't containing it well. He just wanted to see the pretty dam, his pretty wife who always looked so wonderful and seemed to adore him as well even if she didn’t say it often. Taking the offer, he wrapped around the pale colored rider like a living scarf, pointing him to an open park with shimmering yellow statues. It seemed quite advanced for the area, but was still beautiful.

Perched atop her rider's helm, Magnificence was enjoying the gentle breeze as her rider jogged along at a steady pace so as not to jostle her too much. It really was the best to have a servant that never tired. Passing by impressive buildings on their way into town, there was a certain charge in the air compared to other towns. A perfect area for a pair of thunder dragons to meet and enjoy their time, however, The Knight was feeling an odd wave of unease.

Keeping such unusual sensations cut off from Magnificence, it'd rather not ruin her upcoming date with the dragon she fancied. Surely being nothing too impactful, they were quick to arrive at the agreed destination. A beautifully lit park decorated with various statues and small metal sculptures.

At the sight of Cordial draped around a white haired rider, Magnificence was off, small waves of excitement at the partner she admittedly enjoyed chasing and nipping at the most. "I have arrived! Do feel free to bask in my presence rider!" Floating proudly in front of the other, she waited with expectancy. The Knight was slower to follow, its smooth movements becoming more jagged and mechanical the further it came into the park.

Finding a nice spot to sit in, Vonius was reassuring his dragon all would go well, feeling the nervous but excited tugs even if they were still quite soft being his newest dragon. He seemed to be lucky in getting the sweeter thunder dragons, a gift he hoped that kept on giving as he wanted to breed dragons and share the joys of riderhood with others.

"Oh, I think I see them." Cordial told him, unwrapping from Vonius's neck to go greet Magnificence. "Welcome, darling, you look lovely today. Somehow always more beautiful from the last time I saw you, and that ribbon compliments your grace so well." Covering his mouth as Vonius smiled, oh how Cordial complimented his mate.

"Your ribbon is quite a lovely sight, it's a pleasure to meet you." Getting up to go meet the knight looking rider, Vonius stopped and jumped as the rider fell to pieces before he even made the full trek over. Standing there as Cordial stopped as well, the dragon at least knew that wasn't a normal thing. "Um, does this happen often?" Vonius asked, picking up the helmet that rolled to him.

"No, he doesn't usually fall apart. Are you alright, sir?"

"Ohohoho~ Why thank you, I spent quite a bit of time getting ready this morning. I knew this was the right choice!" This was why Cordial was obviously the best choice. Other thunder dragons were so self important and conceited! He was just perfectly agreeable, always on her side, and supportive.

Flinching in mid-air as she followed after the other two, Magnificence floated down when The Knight fell to pieces. The gem in its chest continued to glow, watching her when she set the chest piece upright. She didn't hear anything from it though she could still feel its emotions when prying. "It feels slow and sluggish! I think something in the park is draining away the magic that holds it together!" Waving to the other two, she started grabbing pieces of her knight so she could put them back together outside. "Hurry, hurry, help me move these! More speed! More Magic! Too much magic! More speed!"

Looking at each other with concern as Magnificence started gathering parts of her rider, the two males started helping as she 'requested' them to do. They would more than likely do so anyway without her telling them to, but it was also best to let her think it was her doing for their combined forces otherwise.

Once he seemed to be set up about right, it was another case of getting him together. "Do you think your magic is powerful enough to do it alone?" Vonius asked, watching Cordial circle the other rider in worry, not even answering his own rider as he debated it himself. "I can help, it won't be an issue if you need assistance."

Cordial rested above the rider, his blue eyes seeming worried as he looked down, and finally gave a nod. "I need assistance, Sir."

"Vonius, you can call me Vonius." The pale colored male did nod, kneeling down next to the knight as sparks started coming from his hands. Cordial was not his first thunder dragon and he suspected not his last, so he was already versed in what the feeling of thunder magic was. Markings appeared as the sparks started climbing higher, stoked on by Cordial who was adding in his own to create a massive gathering of electricity that was starting to move the parts. His usual blue markings had turned yellow, though seemed to have the same shape.

Slowly, the metal parts started shuffling, clanging against each other as they stitched back up, creating one whole knight again.

Clinging to the top of The Knight's helm, Magnificence could feel it trying to help as well. Was this what it felt like when her father gained its assistance too?

She might be younger, but thankfully with Cordial and their Rider's help as well, The Knight lifted an arm to pluck her from its head. "This one is fine now, there's no need to worry." Its main 'body' was the soul gem in its chest, so losing the magic to move didn't hurt.

Placing a hand over a nonexistent heart, the knight bowed to the other two. "The assistance is greatly appreciated. Both dragon and rider are full of kindness it seems." They certainly wouldn't be able to go on a date in the park itself as Magnificence clung to the knight's scarf. But, in such a large city there were surely other places for her to chase or cling to Cordial. Perhaps Vonius too, just a little, for helping as well to fix her knight.
