A powerful mixture of a six-round revolver combined with an internally built underbarrel shotgun, and combined with cult-specialty Energy-Mass Conversion modifications allowing for an even more powerful shot at the cost of power stored by batteries located within the grip.

The firearm was initially commissioned by Arbardri himself for the celebration of one of his most loyal priests by two renown companies of gunsmiths known as Deck 32 and ???. While both of the final firearms fell short for various reasons, Lay requested to see these and later commissioned them in tandem to produce the firearms he still uses today.

What isn't as known, however, is that Surtr's Folly is a second firearm Lay commissioned. This is because, during a test fire of the newly designed and crafted 'Surtr's Fury', several of the vital Energy-Mass Conversion components failed and subsequently detonated in his hand. The fault led to irreparable damage to the barrels, cylinder, and firing mechanisms. On the bright side, such a thing has been engineered out, and he was granted a discount after two companies argument about who was more responsible concluded with a stalemate.

However, even to this day, Deck 32 still holds to their belief that ???'s implementation of their technology was the cause behind the fault. In contrast, ??? describes the accident being a result of Deck 32's technology being unreliable and having intrinsic failures as an addition to such a weapon.
