Fantasyeasons Ezekiel Backstory

Ezekiel used to just be a regular civilian in the Autumn Kingdom, but one day he... something happened to him. Something he can't exactly recall. And he awoke with a nasty scar on his shoulder, one that leaked the void in from beyond this realm. He had to hide this, for Glitched individuals were known to cause havoc, and are condemned to the void dimension as punishment. As the void spread within his body, it was getting harder to hide it. Eventually he was discovered, arrested by authorities, and exiled to the void by the Rosas' ruling.

Ezekiel felt cheated and betrayed. He had been convicted for a crime he didn't even remember doing. He didn't remember where he got the scar from, it just appeared on his body out of nowhere. Never in a million years would he have performed any sort of forbidden spell that could of caused the void to manifest within him as a consequence, or maybe he would have? Does he truly know himself if he can't remember? The self-doubt grew within him as he became more and more glitched, and his vitriol towards Kiara and Kier only festered the longer he spent in this hellscape.

Ezekiel wandered for what felt like weeks in the empty dimension, with the perpetual feeling of being observed. Eventually he confronted whoever - or whatever - was watching him. It turns out that it was the void itself - given a physical form through the vessels of a few unfortunate corpses thrown into the dimension. The being had no name but Zeke refered to it as Ghost due to its elusive nature. Ghost admitted to have been listening in on Ezekiel's silent cursing of the Rosas, and pushed the suggestion of getting revenge on them. They even offered Zeke a way out of the void. Zeke said that he would do anything for Ghost if they let him out and he would be forever in their debt.

Now let out from his prison, Ezekiel seeks to get vengeance on the royals that exiled him. He has pushed down all his self-doubt and is now fuelled by rage, and nothing will get in his way. Ghost has also asked him to grant them access to the Kingdom Archives (for reasons they won't specify...), but he needs a Rosa's access key for that, and he knows Kiara nor Kier won't comply. Luckily, he just found out about a third Rosa sibling who ran away from their royal responsibilities to live life as a regular citizen. He just needs to find them...
