"Quite so. I suppose his job requires the use of his incredible skill--he and Michael formed, perhaps the greatest, if not, the most powerful seraphim duo."

"He could have become part of the Elite Four, y'know...with us-"

"If his way of fighting wasn't so...lethal."

"You can't just kill everything in your way. Sure, it makes you powerful, but it's destructive and it's not ideal in a lot of situations."

"That and well...his lord-"

"He's valuable to the angelic court, but it's quite problematic to pair him alongside any of the other battle angels. I'm surprised he even was appointed as member of the council--being destructive as he is."
