💫General TOS💫

• Don’t use my personal characters or art
  • Asking for pings, offering, favoriting, or dreamie folders are fair game though
  • Gift art or anything like that is fine. I just don’t want people claiming characters I’ve either designed or paid for <3 
• Other general stuff like don’t be rude & stuff 😔✌️
  • If you’re joking, but it may come off as rude using tone tags, or just saying jk in the message may be for the best

🎨Art/Designs🎨

• Don’t sell my designs for more than you got them for 
  • If one of my designs is obtained through a trade or as a freebie don’t sell the design for irl or virtual currency unless they have extra art. 
  • Gift art provided by me from events I've held or other events such as art fight should not be used to boost the worth of a character. That art is worthless currency-wise.
• All of my designs are purely for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless the rights for commercial use are brought up when buying the design, and paid for accordingly.
  • Freebies will never come with commercial use, and it is unlikely that trades will 
• Do not use my designs/art without proper credit
• Do not trace, heavily reference, or use my designs/art for anything offensive and/or harmful to certain groups or minorities. 
  
• I retain the right to post any art I provide for commission portfolios. 
  • However, if you do not want the art I've made for you posted elsewhere tell me!

If any of the rules above are broken you will be blacklisted & no longer be allowed to buy from me and/or participate in any events I host in the future.

⛔Blacklisting⛔

• I tend to block people I don’t want to interact w/ or whose DNI pertains to me, so that I don’t accidentally interact w/ said people. If you’re blocked then you’re blacklisted. Enough said :) 
  • I don’t normally block people for no reason, but I don’t require one to do so either. 
• If you are blocked, do not send other people to my account with malicious intent
  • I’m fine with one person asking me why you’re blocked, if you’re genuinely curious or messaging me if you know what you did and want to make amends, but multiple people should not message me and none of the messages should be rude.
